Do you get emotional while planning your wedding? Also, do you think you'll cry at your wedding?

Are you sensitive? I have 2 months for my wedding left and I'm already starting to get emotional. When I imagine myself getting married I feel like crying and I get sensitive. Also, thinking that I will soon be married to the man I love makes makes me want to cry. I admit that I'm a strong girl but...

Also, thinking that I will soon be married to the man I love makes makes me want to cry. I admit that I'm a strong girl but I don't know how I will be at my wedding. If I'm getting emotional now, I don't know what will happen that day.

I did not cry at my first wedding nothing about it was emotional(should have seen a divorce in the future) This wedding everytime I think about the reality of it I cry or at the very least get tears in my eyes. I know I am going to cry during the vows. I love my FH more than I ever thought it was possible to love someone(other than my children)

I am sure that I will cry, I always cry! My father is fighting lung cancer right now and he is doing great, Regardless of the turn out I am sure I will be emotional because of my Dad. Through his diagnosis and sickness, nothing has made me cry more than the thought of my Dad not being there to walk em down the aisle. I think that WHEN he survives this, and I see him on my wedding day, I will be overcome with joy!

I'm looking forward to the crying! I cried when he proposed. I cry everytime "All of Me" by John Legend comes on because that's the song that was playing when he proposed. I cried when I looked at this one venue online. I'll probably cry during dress shopping. I have just faced the fact that I will be a ball of uncontrollable emotions for the next year!

I say I'm not going to cry but I know that's a lie. My makeup has no hope.

I don't think I'll cry. Only thing that might make me cry would be if his vows are all mushy (which I doubt), he cries (which I doubt), he surprises me with something (which I doubt) lol.

I cry all the time. I already know I am so screwed! Our videographer gave us some good advice if we happen to get teary when reading vows- he said "don't just ramble through them crying. We have all the time in the world- this day is for you two. If you are crying it is fine. Just relax, take a few deep breaths and get yourself to a point where you are ok to read and then keep going. If people can't hear you, you won't be able to hear yourself on the tape so don't worry about timing and just relax!" It made me feel so much better about it!

Nope. And neither of us cried the day of, though we were smiling like idiots.

(Confession: I did cry (from joy) when we *ahem* consummated our marriage. I'm such a dweeb)

I get teary eyed when certain songs come on, or if I think about the wedding in depth. I am very excited to get married and I love my honey more than life.

I could list all the times i'll be crying in the next 3 months LOL

-My bridal shower at the end of May

-Bachelorette party- probably because I'll be wasted and I hate throwing up LMAO

    -Final fitting

-The day of the wedding, when I am all dressed and ready to go- I know ill cry at everyone's reaction to me.

-When my dad see's me for the first time

-Walking down the aisle with my dad

    -Seeing FH's face

    -Our vows

and I think that's it LMAO

but seriously though, I will be taking a few shots as soon as I wake up the day of, so I can calm the fuck down. I'm such a cry baby.

Oh I know when I actively plan my wedding (since it's so far away) that I will be super emotional and cry all the time. I mean I cried A LOT when my FH proposed to me, and I was very emotional that first week of being engaged. Lol

Oh yeah - when i listen to the canon in D I get goosebumps since I know I'll be walking down the aisle to it! I know I"ll be crying getting ready with my girls.. I just love that I get to marry the man of my dreams. I feel so fortunate to be able to plan what I know will be a beautiful wedding, with a beautiful dress among my family and friends! So, grateful on so many fronts!

I'm not one to cry unless I am upset so I don't know what will happen at the wedding because I have become more on edge as it gets closer.

Nicole, if you think you may not be able to get through your vows without choking up and losing your voice, you should seek help from your officiant, not your MOH. This is something to discuss in advance, so that he or she can step in on a signal from you, and read your vows as "Do you promise...", to which you simply have to answer "I do."
