Your piper, Norm Weaver, has played the highland bagpipes for 35 years. For the last 30 years he has been a member of the Washington Scottish Pipe Band, pipers to the Washington St. Andrews Society and the Clan Gregor, USA. Norm has been voted one of Washington's Best Musicians by the readers of the Washingtonian Magazine for at least the last 5 years.
Norm Weaver has played for weddings, funerals, (piping frequently at Arlington National Cemetery), church services, community celebrations, business and professional society meetings, school events, and private parties. He was selected to play for the Washington DC memorial for Tim Russert, who was from Norm's home town.
The Scottish small pipes are available for smaller indoor events. Your piper would enjoy working with you to develop a program of pipe music for your special event.
