Everyone was so friendly and professional. Sharon is amazing. The dress I purchased is gorgeous. I feel so beautiful in the dress. If I had a daughter this would be the shop we would go to for the bridal dress.

I honestly don't even know where to start! From my very first appointment with Robin to every single alteration appointment, everyone was so helpful, fun and easy to work with. Robin really took time to understand what I wanted, how I envisioned my wedding dress and also my budget before picking gowns for me to try on. As a plus size bride, I was nervous I wouldn't be able to really 'try on' dresses and would have to really use my imagination but Robin knew exactly what I needed and put me in some beautiful gowns! The third dress I tried on, I knew it was the one (it was even well under my budget which was an added bonus). We played around with some extra material to mimic the alterations I would need and then she went above and beyond to get information about gown availability, shipping and getting extra materials in order to make my dress modest for religious purposes. My appointment was so fun, Robin was such a great help and made me feel so special and beautiful in a moment I was secretly very worried about. I honestly can't thank her enough or say enough good about her. Once my dress arrived, I met with Pam for my alterations appointments and I got to watch first hand as she worked her magic. She was efficient, detail oriented and really listened to my ideas and what I needed in order to make my dress modest and exactly what I wanted. It was so fun watching it all come to life before my eyes and I trusted her completely. My dress was exactly what I wanted and I absolutely loved wearing it. Thank you Gown Gallery!!!

The Gown Gallery is amazing! I am the most picky person but the have pretty much about anything you can imagine for your wedding dress! I originally wanted a black wedding dress and they actually had a selection! I ended up with a beautiful white ball gown. The way it was fitted to me and I felt secure in it. Their people are super knowledgeable and are great listeners. I highly, highly recommend them.

I'm 46 and we decided to have a full blown wedding. Lots of kids and a really fun indoor/outdoor reception. Finding a dress was so all over the place. I thought I finally found it but then changed my mind a few weeks later. Sharon and her team so kind and helpful. It's got to be challenging to help brides with that one major purchase we feel will dictate how well the photos, our wedding day experience, and what our husbands will think when they first see us! I highly recommend Gown Gallery. They get it. They work to keep you from being overwhelmed. They will find THE dress!

Gown Gallery was the third shop visited by my daughter this week, so we can offer comparative commentary. First, the second-floor city center setting was totally cool. Second, Ebony and Sharon started the session by listening closely, sensitively, and supportively. Third, the dress selection was far superior, making us spoiled with good choices. Fourth, Ebony connected really well with us, was great company, and spent time making sure each dress was positioned to look its best. She was professional, patient, kind, flexible, and showed exquisitely good taste. Fifth, the dresses were superior in quality and lower priced than in the other shops visited! Our experience here was simply magical—perfect, in fact. Bravo to the Gown Gallery!

This place has nothing but breathtaking dresses but what really made our experience nothing shy of perfect was Moniece Brown. She really made us feel welcomed but more importantly, we were comfortable. We showed her only a couple of pictures and within ten minutes she had an entire rack of dresses that really encompassed everything we were looking for. She really listened to everything we said and she was beyond attentive. After having appointments all over the Kansas City area I can confidently say that this is the best store and it's really thanks to her.

Working with gown gallery was fantastic! Robin was so helpful with finding a dress to suit my needs. I had been to 3 other places the day before so I showed her what I was down to and she helped me find my dream dress! She worked with finding dresses that would only come in within my timeline. I had a short timeframe since our venue only had 2 weekends available and one was within 5 months.

Another thing that is amazing about gown gallery is they have in house alterations! Tissa was fantastic to work with and helped make sure that my dress fit perfectly!

My journey with Gown Gallery has been a year long, from the very first try-on day until I picked up my dress for my wedding. And my experience every step of the way, was incredible. On my first visit I brought a slew of family and friends, some food, and we made a special day by trying on all kinds of wedding dresses. The amazing Ebony absolutely made the experience. She was fun and easy to work with, always listened to what I wanted, what I liked, and was both professional and easy to connect with! Once I tried on the dress of my dreams (literally I had a dream about this dress before I ever new it was real), I knew I had found the one. I then set up all the payment and waited patiently for my dress to arrive. 
Some time passed and I had some weight gain issue do to grieving a loved one who had passed. Everyone was so kind, including Ebony and Pam the seamstress, and they honestly, lovingly gave me all possible options. I decided to move forward to the basic alterations of the bottom and straps without any side alterations with the goal of losing weight. They were all there to encourage me and support my decision without ever making me feel bad (because I was already doing enough of that myself!!). Then when I came back and it fit perfectly, we all celebrated! Pam was wonderful to work with through all of the fittings and final stages, and everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was always so kind, accommodating, friendly and helpful. They brought the dress out to my car the day I went to pick it up, after of course showing it to me to make sure everything looked great.
I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Gown Gallery. They were wonderful to work with and made even the most difficult period easier to handle. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

I had had multiple bridal consultants at multiple salons by the time I worked with Robin, and she is an incredible, rare find. So intuitive, experienced, authentic, genuine, a great listener, loves her job and very funny. At the end of our session she went in the back and brought out the dress I've been searching for, by a lesser known European designer I would never have heard of otherwise... We all cried as soon as I put it on because it was finally just Me! Robin is the reason I now get to wear my dream dress on my wedding day, and I will always be grateful and never forget her!
