The Gown Gallery is amazing!

I needed a dress for a formal wedding and my shopping at local stores and online was a disaster. I googled gowns and found The Gown Gallery. I had so much fun shopping for this dress in this store. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Sharon is amazing. The dress I purchased is gorgeous. I feel so beautiful in the dress. If I had a daughter this would be the shop we would go to for the bridal dress.

Get down with Gown Gallery!

I honestly don't even know where to start! From my very first appointment with Robin to every single alteration appointment, everyone was so helpful, fun and easy to work with. Robin really took time to understand what I wanted, how I envisioned my wedding dress and also my budget before picking gowns for me to try on. As a plus size bride, I was nervous I wouldn't be able to really 'try on' dresses and would have to really use my imagination but Robin knew exactly what I needed and put me in some beautiful gowns! The third dress I tried on, I knew it was the one (it was even well under my budget which was an added bonus). We played around with some extra material to mimic the alterations I would need and then she went above and beyond to get information about gown availability, shipping and getting extra materials in order to make my dress modest for religious purposes. My appointment was so fun, Robin was such a great help and made me feel so special and beautiful in a moment I was secretly very worried about. I honestly can't thank her enough or say enough good about her. Once my dress arrived, I met with Pam for my alterations appointments and I got to watch first hand as she worked her magic. She was efficient, detail oriented and really listened to my ideas and what I needed in order to make my dress modest and exactly what I wanted. It was so fun watching it all come to life before my eyes and I trusted her completely. My dress was exactly what I wanted and I absolutely loved wearing it. Thank you Gown Gallery!!!

The Bridal experience!

The Gown Gallery is amazing! I am the most picky person but the have pretty much about anything you can imagine for your wedding dress! I originally wanted a black wedding dress and they actually had a selection! I ended up with a beautiful white ball gown. The way it was fitted to me and I felt secure in it. Their people are super knowledgeable and are great listeners. I highly, highly recommend them.

The dress nailed it!

I'm 46 and we decided to have a full blown wedding. Lots of kids and a really fun indoor/outdoor reception. Finding a dress was so all over the place. I thought I finally found it but then changed my mind a few weeks later. Sharon and her team so kind and helpful. It's got to be challenging to help brides with that one major purchase we feel will dictate how well the photos, our wedding day experience, and what our husbands will think when they first see us! I highly recommend Gown Gallery. They get it. They work to keep you from being overwhelmed. They will find THE dress!

Highly Recommended!

Gown Gallery was the third shop visited by my daughter this week, so we can offer comparative commentary. First, the second-floor city center setting was totally cool. Second, Ebony and Sharon started the session by listening closely, sensitively, and supportively. Third, the dress selection was far superior, making us spoiled with good choices. Fourth, Ebony connected really well with us, was great company, and spent time making sure each dress was positioned to look its best. She was professional, patient, kind, flexible, and showed exquisitely good taste. Fifth, the dresses were superior in quality and lower priced than in the other shops visited! Our experience here was simply magical—perfect, in fact. Bravo to the Gown Gallery!

What a dream spot

This place has nothing but breathtaking dresses but what really made our experience nothing shy of perfect was Moniece Brown. She really made us feel welcomed but more importantly, we were comfortable. We showed her only a couple of pictures and within ten minutes she had an entire rack of dresses that really encompassed everything we were looking for. She really listened to everything we said and she was beyond attentive. After having appointments all over the Kansas City area I can confidently say that this is the best store and it's really thanks to her.

Fantastic variety of gowns, prices ranges & seamstress!!

Working with gown gallery was fantastic! Robin was so helpful with finding a dress to suit my needs. I had been to 3 other places the day before so I showed her what I was down to and she helped me find my dream dress! She worked with finding dresses that would only come in within my timeline. I had a short timeframe since our venue only had 2 weekends available and one was within 5 months.

Another thing that is amazing about gown gallery is they have in house alterations! Tissa was fantastic to work with and helped make sure that my dress fit perfectly!

Fun and genuine!

My journey with Gown Gallery has been a year long, from the very first try-on day until I picked up my dress for my wedding. And my experience every step of the way, was incredible. On my first visit I brought a slew of family and friends, some food, and we made a special day by trying on all kinds of wedding dresses. The amazing Ebony absolutely made the experience. She was fun and easy to work with, always listened to what I wanted, what I liked, and was both professional and easy to connect with! Once I tried on the dress of my dreams (literally I had a dream about this dress before I ever new it was real), I knew I had found the one. I then set up all the payment and waited patiently for my dress to arrive.  Some time passed and I had some weight gain issue do to grieving a loved one who had passed. Everyone was so kind, including Ebony and Pam the seamstress, and they honestly, lovingly gave me all possible options. I decided to move forward to the basic alterations of the bottom and straps without any side alterations with the goal of losing weight. They were all there to encourage me and support my decision without ever making me feel bad (because I was already doing enough of that myself!!). Then when I came back and it fit perfectly, we all celebrated! Pam was wonderful to work with through all of the fittings and final stages, and everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was always so kind, accommodating, friendly and helpful. They brought the dress out to my car the day I went to pick it up, after of course showing it to me to make sure everything looked great.
I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Gown Gallery. They were wonderful to work with and made even the most difficult period easier to handle. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Rob Is the Best Ever

I had had multiple bridal consultants at multiple salons by the time I worked with Robin, and she is an incredible, rare find. So intuitive, experienced, authentic, genuine, a great listener, loves her job and very funny. At the end of our session she went in the back and brought out the dress I've been searching for, by a lesser known European designer I would never have heard of otherwise... We all cried as soon as I put it on because it was finally just Me! Robin is the reason I now get to wear my dream dress on my wedding day, and I will always be grateful and never forget her! THANK YOU, ROBIN!!

Amazing experience!

I went in with a general vision of what I had wanted and all my expectations were blown away. The location was beautiful inside and there was great hospitality. The employees were kind and patient the entire time and the lady I had really listened to my likes and dislikes in dresses. I ended up about 10 dresses in before finding my dream dress. Moniece was my consultant and without her i would have never found the dress I ended up falling in love with. She made the whole experience fun and the highlight of my wedding planning! She glammed me up with veils and made the ordering process clear and simple. If you have a chance to schedule an appointment here, I highly recommend it!

If you’ve ever dreamed of being on one of those TV shows, picking the perfect wedding gown while everyone waits on you hand and foot, then go to the Gown Gallery. You’ll feel like royalty as soon as you make it to the top of the stairs. Besides having all the most gorgeous gowns, the entire experience is one to remember. You get a stunning view of KC from the top floor’s giant windows. (You even have to get buzzed in from the street level - is it totally dorky to love that so much?) My saleswoman, Hannah, was perfect. She was kind and friendly. Her genuine love for her job was comforting. She listened to my likes and dislikes and expertly narrowed the field to dresses she knew I’d love. She radiated joy with us when we found the one. Even when I wasn’t sure, she made me feel comfortable enough to go home and think about it without being pushy about closing the sale. Naturally, we were back withIn hours. Beyond the sale, the whole team was fabulous. The woman who altered my dress was a seasoned vet. She gave me all her time and attention and had an insanely fast turn-around time. Needless to say, my dress was perfect for my perfect day!

I absolutely loved the Gown Gallery! My sisters and I have all found our dresses here and trust me, we all have very different taste! The ladies who work here took their time to pull exactly what I asked for but also a few wild cards, which I appreciated because I ended up buying one! They aren’t pushy, in fact they told me to sleep on my decision when I wasn’t sure (it’s a huge purchase). I can’t speak highly enough, love love love this place!

My shopping experience at the Gown Gallery couldn't have been any more meaningful or smoother. Robin truly went above and beyond by buttoning up each and every dress I tried on. And I tried on a lot! She even used clamps on both front and back, letting me get a good view of the dresses from all angles. The day I purchased my wedding dress she comforted my mom when she had a moment tearing up, having daughters herself she was able to say just the right words during the emotional and exciting process. I am thankful I was paired with Robin. Thank you Gown Gallery!

I could not have had a better experience at Gown Gallery! I had the privilege of having Robin as my consultant and she was absolutely amazing. She made the dress picking process easy and stress free. I did not feel pressured or rushed to find a dress. Robin is very calming and honest and I trusted her opinion. She went above and beyond so that I could find my dream dress. I had gone to one other bridal salon in the KC area, and the dresses didn’t even compare to the ones at Gown Gallery. They have such a wide variety of dresses and such a huge selection. The salon is absolutely adorable, and they even gave us the option to order mimosas during the appointment to help calm our nerves. I would highly recommended Gown Gallery and Robin for your bridal needs!!!

I went to Gown Gallery right after I tried on another dress at a different salon that I thought was "the one". Eboni was my consultant and I told her "I think I found the dress but here's what I'm looking for." I think I expected my consultant to be annoyed or throw in the towel at the beginning of the appointment but Eboni never did either one of those things and she found me the perfect dress! She took the challenge and exceeded my expectations! She was so fun to work with and made the appointment stress-free. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses from GG and got my alterations done with their alterations department. They worked with me through all of my numerous questions, phone calls, and changes in appointments. Highly recommend the Gown Gallery!

I had the pleasure of having Robin as my consultant. She knows her stuff! She was so helpful and honest, which made me and my "entourage" feel welcome and helped to calm the nerves. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. I actually called the day after my appointment to try on "THE" dress again to make a decision after sleeping on it, and Robin fit me right in, rearranging her schedule to accommodate me. I flew into Kansas City from over 900 miles away, and I am so happy that I did! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!

The first day I tried on wedding dresses, I went to 3 salons prior to Gown gallery, which I purposely went to last, because I had heard such wonderful things and had a good experience there as a bridesmaid supporting one of my best friends.
We arrived a few mins late & I was kind of frazzled, but then I met my new favorite person ever - Kim, my bridal consultant. She sat down with me & said, "You can relax, girl, I got you!" We began to tell her what we had liked and didn't like so far that day. She disappeared to pull dresses and came back with an AMAZING selection - she knew my taste better than I did!!
I tried on the first and I was like - this dress is incredible - is this the one??
I tried on the next dress, felt the same feeling! We loved every dress she pulled! So I tried on the 3rd dress, and we just KNEW this was IT. The dress had all the elements we had loved all day - finally in one dress! Just so perfect I didn't want to take it off.
I wanted to bring my mom, future mother in law and the whole gang for the final decision & actual purchase & Kim responded in a timely manner to all of my emails! I'm sure I was annoying but she never made me feel that way. She accommodated our huge group of 12 like it was no big deal!
When I returned with the big group, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations - I thought everyone would ooh & ahh but they were a bit more reserved at the time (each person ended up telling me later how much they loved the dress lol??), anyways, Kim reassured me and was so supportive! She reminded me how much I loved the dress & that we knew it was perfect. I am so thankful to her for her support- she was MADE to do this job!
To sum it up - FABULOUS experience. Ask for Kim :)

My experience at Gown Gallery was everything I dreamed my wedding dress shopping experience would be and more! I hit the lottery when I was given Robin as my bridal consultant. At the beginning of my appointment, I showed her some photos of dress styles I loved, (BTW, I was really impressed by the wonderful, high-end designers they carry – truly the best selection in KC!) and she disappeared to pull dresses for me. Robin returned with lots of dresses like I said I wanted, but I soon realized the style I thought I loved didn't flatter my body or really give me that ‘wow’ factor. Robin could also sense that I wanted something more unique and outside-the-box so she left and went to pull all new dresses. This time when she returned she introduced me to HAYLEY PAIGE! :) I loved them all- but ultimately found what I felt was my dream dress. Not ready to fully commit, as this was my first bridal appointment, I did look around at other salons in KC. After spending time at 3 other of KC's big bridal salons that weekend, I found nothing that compared to the H.P. dress nor did any of the other salons give me the same feeling, experience, or lasting impression that the Gown Gallery did. After returning to purchase my dress, I came back a few months later to select Lindsay Marie accessories- earrings, belt, and hair comb- all of which were the perfect custom addition to my overall bridal look! In addition, my alterations appointments were top notch - my seamstress was impeccable and the sweetest woman to work with. From the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I walked out with my dress in my hand, I had nothing but amazing experiences with all of the staff of Gown Gallery. Robin helped to give me that wonderful bridal moment that every girl dreams of and made the whole experience so special, fun and memorable! I am so glad I chose the Gown Gallery.... I get butterflies thinking about my experience there and recommend them to all of my newly engaged girlfriends! :)

We just found my best friend's wedding dress at the Gown Gallery because of Robin! My friend didn't know exactly what she was looking for, but Robin was able to listen and bring out a variety of gowns that were all contenders for my friend. What was most unbelievable was that my friend ended up picking the very first dress Robin brought out, and the very first wedding dress my friend tried on. Robin is excellent at her job and made our experience comfortable and painless. We highly recommend the Gown Gallery in KC and Robin!

Had a great experience at The Gown Gallery. Loved the atmosphere and natural lighting they brought in through the windows. Robin Sweet helped me that day and really made the day enjoyable and relaxed. I was nervous going into it but she was really personable and fun and didn't pressure me into trying on anything. She understood exactly what i was looking for and stayed within the budget we gave her. I ended up getting a great dress and after i left i realized it had been a dress i had saved on my favorites and i didn't even know it at the time. It was worth the trip to Kansas City and i would definitely recommend The Gown Gallery to anyone looking for a great and relaxed shopping experience.

I had a great experience at Gown Gallery with Gwen. This was my first dress appointment and I was feeling anxious about finding something. Gwen was fabulous and she calmed all my anxiety telling me that it was her job to find me a dress that I loved. She stuck to my budget and was amazingly helping picking out accessories, as well. I only had to try on three dresses and found the perfect one under budget.

Every bride-to-be should visit The Gown Gallery! It is hands down, in my opinion, the BEST place in Kansas City to find your dream wedding dress. I know this not only from personal experience, having found my perfect dress a couple weeks ago, but my sister found her dream dress here 6 years ago, and since then 2 of my best friends have found theirs here as well! The space and atmosphere alone is gorgeous, but the staff are really what makes this place. I worked with Robin Sweet and she was perfect! She was incredibly professional and has so much experience. She also made the day so fun and special and at the end of it, I felt like I knew her personally. Upon our arrival I showed her about 6 pictures of a variety of wedding dresses I liked. When she brought back at least a dozen dresses to start with, every single one had some characteristic of what I showed her, or were ones she recommended based on what she heard me say. I learned that from shopping here, finding your wedding dress will be fun, it will make you feel beautiful, and will be stress free. Thank you Robin and Gown Gallery for giving me an unforgettable and completely rewarding dress shopping day! I will recommend you to every Bride-to-Be I know!

I wish I could give The Gown Gallery a million stars! I have never felt so welcomed and received such truly exceptional customer service anywhere else. My consultant, Robin (you should ask for her when you go there- she's amazing) asked questions beyond just what I was looking for in a dress. She wanted to get to know my personality and the vibe of my wedding and match the dress to that. She has a great personality and we were chatting and laughing the whole time. She understood what dress types worked best for my body and listened to what I liked and disliked with each dress. Even though every single dress was gorgeous, each dress she brought got better and better. Finally, I found the gown of my dreams and she gave me some time to think it over before rushing back into the store to order. After 8 dress shops and 30 dresses, i about lost hope for finding my dream dress. i wanted a particular look for my big day, and while i tried on many beautiful dresses at other shops, they just were not "the one". I was about to go back to a different place to order the one i liked best out of my search, but I found The Gown Gallery online, and said to myself, i need to go check them out. I made an appointment for the NEXT day, and they got me right in. i went in and told Hannah everything i liked and didnt like in a dress and she took care of the rest. my experience here was nothing short of AMAZING. the FIRST dress Hannah picked out for me, was THE one. it was everything i wanted!! i finally had my "this is my dress" moment which i didnt think was going to happen. The Gown Gallery was the 6th bridal shop I tried. It by far had the best selection of dresses in my price range. The customer services was also incredible. My consultant (Hannah) was so incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient. What a great experience!

After an unproductive (long) Saturday search for the perfect dress, I stopped into The Gown Gallery on a Tuesday night (with my mom) with little hopes that I would find THE DRESS. As soon as I showed Robin (she's the best!) a few pictures of what I liked from Pinterest, she stopped me in my tracks and fled to grab a few dresses she had in mind - one in particular that I ended up saying YES to. Every dress I tried on I thought was great and could envision myself getting married in it, but the last one I tried on was AMAZING. Before trying it on I had tears down my face, not because the dress was beautiful but because Robin had picked out such great dresses for my taste. It was like she read my mind in two minutes. After a miserable weekend with no luck at four different bridal shops, Robin was an angel send from bridal heaven. THANK YOU ROBIN!!! :)

My experience at The Gown Gallery was every bit of spectacular; many thanks to my amazing consultant, Robin Sweet. The space itself is dreamy and was comfortable and spacious for my entourage of six to feel relaxed. I was fortunate to have been placed on the northeast side of the gallery floor, which allowed for a more intimate setting for this special day. Robin made me (and my guests) feel welcome and comfortable; she was never pushy, truly listened to my feedback and kept my budget in mind as we tried on the dresses - she had a lot of great picks for me to try! After walking away and trying on other dresses at another boutique, my group ended up coming back to The Gown Gallery at the end of the day to get “the one." Robin was more than happy to assist me, even though my appointment had ended and she was helping other customers. I found my dress at The Gown Gallery!

From the moment I left to go dress shopping, I was dreading it. I literally walked up those stairs scared and shaking full of "What if's?" The moment Robin Sweet took me back and started talking with me about what I thought I want it, she immediately put me at ease! She took my ideas and pulled a dress that exceeded expectations! She took my budget, and my ideas and helped me find my dream dress! I cannot thank her enough for making this experience such a wonderful one! She is tops! Where do I begin?! My consultant Gwen was AMAZING! I came in to the Gown Gallery looking for a specific dress I saw online that they had a sample of AFTER I had already purchased a different dress from a previous store. Knowing all that, Gwen still gave me the royal treatment. Through a process of bringing me so many beautiful dresses in my budget and the exact style I was looking for (but also ruling out other styles I didn't know if I loved or not) she ended up finding me TWO dresses that I absolutely fell in love with. After spending 1.5 hours with me earlier in the afternoon, I came back later that night, when Gwen once again was so patient with me as we ruled out a few other dresses and finally decided on the perfect dress! The dress had to be ordered that night in order for it to come in time for my wedding, so Gwen, who had already stayed late waiting for me to arrive, stayed even later after close to make sure I was 100% sure of the dress before finalizing my order that night. She never rushed me and though other girls that day were trying on dresses more than double my budget, she focused all of her attention on finding the right dress for me. My only regret is not going to the Gown Gallery first!

Great experience! Hannah Huffman really understood what I was looking for and choose so many great gowns to choose from! Wonderful! My appointment was incorrect and I showed up when they were closing on a Saturday. Veronica had her coat on and was ready to walk out the door. However, when she realized my appointment was accidentally scheduled at that time, she promptly took off her coat as was helping me find my dress. Even though they were closed, she fully invested herself and time into my appointment and she pulled the most amazing dresses for me! I found the one and I will forever be grateful for her kindness!

Gown Gallery was the first place I tried on dresses so I wasn't sure what to expect since I hadn't done this before. But I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I didn't have a clear picture of what I really wanted, but Robin was fantastic. She picked out some dresses for me to try on and she also let my sister and I pick out a couple we thought I might like.

I never felt rushed, even when we had to face time my mom as she lives out of town. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on and she let me try it on again at the end. I love the dress, I had a great time at my appointment, and Robin was a big part of that!

Getting into the shop was very confusing because it is kind of hidden but once I was in I had a great experience! My help was wonderful. She provided me with so many dresses to try on that we're the style I had in mind and even went out of the box a little with me which I am thankful for because I ended up loving the out of the box dresses that I wouldn't of thought to try on. She also made sure to stay in my price range. She helped me in them, was so friendly and very complimentary about how I looked in them. My maid of honor and I had a great time there and the dresses were wonder quality with great detail.

Wonderful Experience!!! The entire staff is friendly but I worked specifically with Veronica. Super sweet and down to earth. Veronica made me feel super comfortable and confident in dress that I tried on. She listened and understood all of my wants which made it super easy to find THE DRESS. I had the most amazing time finding my dress at The Gown Gallery! We were offered beverages upon arrival, had a little consultation then our consultant Hannah went and picked out the dresses for me, she was absolutely fantastic! She picked out my dress that I absolutely fell in love with! It wasn't anything I imagined my dress was going to be, but she knew what she was doing and it ended up being THE PERFECT ONE! One of my best friends (also a bridesmaid) ended up going to gown gallery also, Hannah helped her find her dream wedding dress as well! I found my gown at another bridal shop but it was a little pricey. I called around to various shops but when I contacted Gown Gallery (recommended by some friends) the price they could give me beat out all the rest. As I live in Des Moines, Iowa I had the gown shipped to me. The customer service when purchasing the gown was great. I spoke with Robin and did all the purchasing over the phone. About a month after ordering the dress I got fearful that it may not be the correct one but I reached out to her sending a picture and she assured me the correct dress was ordered. My dress came shipped to me exactly as I had ordered and I was completely happy with it and the service received.

The Gown Gallery was an AMAZING experience. Eboni was the lady who helped me try on dresses and from the beginning she was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. I only had a small idea of what I was looking for and she took the few tiny details I had to offer and picked the most beautiful dresses for my body type, personality, and budget. All the dresses that she had me try on were right on the spot and I had the HARDEST time picking out the one I loved the most. She was tentative, fun, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I visited three boutiques that day and The Gown Gallery by far was the best in terms of customer service, good prices, and beautiful, classy dresses. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this place!

The employees at Gown Gallery make your wedding dress experience I unique and amazing experience. I highly recommend going here to purchase a dress!! I had an amazing experience choosing and purchasing my dress from the Gown Gallery. I had an appointment in January 2013, my consultant was incredible. She asked what style of dress I had in mind but also if I would agree to try on suggestions from her that might not fit what I had in mind. She brought back 5-6 dresses and I adored them all, and ended up purchasing the fourth one I tried on, which happened to be one that she chose for me! I'd never felt more beautiful and I appreciated all of her help. They were great with ordering the dress and getting me in to try it on. I had a large group of girls with me during my first appointment and they were great with facilitating everyone.

Finding the perfect wedding dress can be difficult to find, but the women at the Gown Gallery made the whole process simple and easy! They listened to what I was looking for, viewed the dresses I pinned, and took into my wedding location and time into their suggestions. Sharon brought in 6 dresses and within that group, I found my dream dress.

Once my dream dress was found, the team helped me accessorize the dress perfectly with jewelry, veils, and a shrug. I am so excited to see my dress once it is ready for pickup. I finally feel like we are getting married and cannot wait for my fiance, friends and family to see us on our big day.

My experience at the Gown Gallery was a dream. I shopped at another store first, and the experience was fine, but at that store I felt very confined to my appointment time and felt a bit like just another girl in the row there.
When I went to Gown Gallery, the experience was different from the beginning! A consultant who wasn't even assigned to me got my party and I cups of tea and helped my Mom (whose ankle was broken) to get comfortable. The consultant who worked with me, Gwen, was so caring, and made me feel like my search was important to her. She took time, and kept pulling dress after dress - I didn't feel rushed at all, and actually felt very valued! Thanks to her persistence, she ended up hearing me comment on one aspect of a gown (at least 6-7 dresses into the appointment) that led her to pull a dress that was perfect the instant I put it on. We found it through a bunny trail that Gwen was willing to go down! I can't tell you how wonderful it was to feel valued and not rushed. :)

I had visited a few other area stores before visiting Gown Gallery. They had a great selection of dresses to choose from. Megan was awesome to work with. She listened to all my concerns and I was able to find the dress of my dreams within my budget. When my dress came in, Gown Gallery worked with me and time crunch to have my dress altered and ready to go with a time to spare. Barb the seamstress did an amazing job with my dress. She was very kind to deal with.

I was at the Gown Gallery this past weekend, helping my best friend to find her wedding dress and look at bridesmaid dresses. Her consultant, who made the experience as a spectator not only enjoyable and fun, but efficient. She brought her dresses that matched her criteria and was a great listener. We left at lunch to think about "the dress" and came back an hour before closing, where the store and our consultant were more than accommodating to our second visit of the day. My friend is out of town, so finding dresses that day was important. We all had a wonderful experience and ended our search with a glass of champagne!

I just bought my dress at The Gown Gallery and my experience was so above and beyond what I expected that I couldn't wait to praise them!!! My consultant was Sharon M. and she was phenomenal!!! I was extremely anxious and nervous about my appointment and she immediately put me at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable, sweet, and on point!! She only pulled three dresses and I was immediately in love with two. Throughout the whole appointment Sharon made me feel very special and valued!! I can't wait to go back for their jewelry trunk show and my alteration appointments!! I sincerely hope I'm able to work with Sharon throughout my entire experience with The Gown Gallery. The bridal consultant was wonderful! She has a great eye for design, for what fits the type of wedding, and most especially what looks wonderful on the bride. She was an immense help to me in determining what to choose for my wedding dress. I also left with a gorgeous rehearsal dinner dress and reception dress. Her dresses and accessories are beautiful and in excellent condition. Going to The Gown Gallery to purchase my wedding gown was the best decision I have made since saying yes! I even got my Bridal jewelry from here.

I had an appointment and wasn't expecting or planning on buying a wedding dress that day. My consultant was very nice and helpful and she brought something in I hadn't seen and/or wouldn't have thought to try on. Turns out it was beautiful! I bought my dress there and I received $100 off for buying that day and $150 off my dress for doing one of their study groups as well. They said the dress would take 4-6 months and it was there in 4. Everyone I talked to there was very nice!

I absolutely loved shopping for my dress here! It is the experience I was looking for and wanted when shopping for my wedding dress. I ordered my dress during my first appointment and got a discount by ordering it that day. I tried on quite a few dresses, and the one I chose was the second. I tried it on 3-4 times before I could accept that my dress was going to be the second on that I tried on. The ladies are polite and so nice and helpful. The alterations lady is amazing as well. I couldn't of been happier with how everything turned out!

I found my perfect dress at Gown Gallery. The staff were all helpful and very open to listening to what I wanted. I worked with Gwen and after trying on a few dresses she went and pulled THE dress which was exactly what I wanted. She was patient and did not pressure me to purchase. I had the best experience ever with Gown Gallery. This was the first place I went to try on dresses. Colleen, the bridal consultant was amazing. She listened to what I was asking for, and found me the perfect dress. I did check out another Bridal shop, and came back to Gown Gallery, as the staff/environment at the other place wasn't professional. I found myself wanting to give my business to Gown Gallery.The atmosphere of this place is spectacular. All staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. As a bigger Bride, I dreaded the dress shopping, however, they superseded my expectations. When I came back to purchase my gown, Megan helped me and she was amazing as well. SHe helped me try on the dress again just to solidify it was the perfect gown. Both Colleen and Megan are amazing and made me feel so comfortable. My appointment was nothing short of PERFECT! I managed to actually get an appointment the day that I called to ask if they had my dress in stock. There are only 2 stores in my city that are authorized vendors for my dress and they had it in stock for me to try on. When I walked in the door I was greeted by a warm and friendly welcome. My appointment started on time the moment I walked in the door as well! Megan Allen assisted me and she was spectacular! Not only did she make me feel comfortable she focused her undivided attention to me and finding that perfect dress. (I'd went to another store previously and it was annoying being left alone while the representative tended to 2 other clients as well.) The Gown Gallery goes the extra step to enhance your experience by offering you beverages, I thought this was a very nice touch. While deciding which size to get for my dress, Megan suggested that I try on the dress again and brought in the owner of the shop to get a 2nd opinion to make sure I got the perfect option for me. This was an extra step that she didnt have to do and I appreciated her doing that. The owner was extremely friendly and she stated that I looked beautiful in my dress which made me feel good. I didnt think the experience could get any better until they offered to match the 15% off for purchasing on the first day like the other store did. I am so happy with my expierience at The Gown Gallery, I will definitely refer others here and purchase the rest of my bridal party's attire there as well. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!!!!

I cannot even begin to tell you how thankful I am for the amazing staff at the Gown Gallery. My consultant was Megan and the woman who completed my alterations was Barb. I purchased my gown about one year before my wedding date, and Megan was so comforting and helpful during that process. I was overweight and very uncomfortable with my body and feeling anxious about the whole process, and Megan made me feel supported and beautiful. Over the course of the year, I would see Megan whenever I came in for a fitting, and it was so great to catch up with her and I felt like she was genuinely excited for me. Megan was very responsive and reliable when checking on order status, etc. Once my dress came in, Barb had her work cut out for her. Prior to my wedding, I lost 80 pounds from the time we ordered the dress to when the final fitting occurred. Over the course of 3-4 months, Barb essentially remade my wedding dress; she took my dress from a size 18 to a size 10, added a sweetheart neckline, and altered a crystal belt to fit the dress. I want to stress that my dress did not look like it had been taken-in so significantly; it was absolutely perfect and everyone was amazed at what Barb was able to do. My experience at the Gown Gallery was everything I was hoping for and Megan and Barb made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience very low-stress.

I worked with Eboni, and she was fantastic. I had been to another bridal salon earlier in the day and, although they were perfectly kind, they just didn't seem to get what I wanted. In contrast, Eboni was both warm and friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. She was also very creative with helping me style my gown to get the look I was after. She helped me add a sash and turn around the sheer lace jacket included with the gown to give the dress a truly unique look. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend that others go to Gown Gallery when shopping for their weddings.

I was really wanting "that" experience when shopping for my dress. I didnt get "that" experience however, I got THE experience. As soon as I stepped into the door my party (10 of us) were greeted with a smile and after that it just got better. Gwen was amazing she listened to what I wanted but also gave her professional opinion on what would look best on me since I am extremly large busted. My bridesmaids also purchased their dresses there and Gwen made it fun and exciting for everyone! I loved my day and the fact that someone so caring helped me find my dress just made it all the better.

I had my first appointment today at The Gown Gallery and bought my wedding dress! Gwen was absolutely delightful to work with and took considerable time and care to help me select the dress of my dreams. Upon walking in the salon, my mom and I were served refreshments of hot tea, mimosas, or water and a selection of butter cookies. The dresses were all exquisite. They were beautiful just to look at, let alone trying on! My wedding is fairly short notice being that my fiance is in the military - working around his schedule proves to be quite the challenge. The best date for our wedding that opened up happens to be only 5 short months away in May. Dresses generally take a minimum of 6 months from production to pick up, however, Gwen managed to make a call to rush order my dress - bringing it here in a speedy 4 months. I was extremely grateful to her and all of the staff for a wonderful bridal gown shopping experience.

Megan Allen helped my daughter and me on purchasing her wedding dress. Megan was the best she was so professional and so caring through this process. She didn't make us feel rushed and she even accomodated us in coming back later that day and she stayed after hours. The store had closed and everyone had went home except Megan and the owner. They were amazing. Megan and Gown Gallery are rock star's. We had been to another place that was not accomodating at all and it was totally cold. Megan and Gown Gallery provided an amazing memory for this Mom!

I cannot praise the Gown Gallery enough!! They went above and beyond to accomodate my requests while searching for the perfect dress. My Bridal Consultant was Megan Allen and immediately fell in love with her. She made my mom and me feel SOOO comfortable, it was almost as if we had known her our whole lives. You can tell Megan has a lot of experience and knows the ins and outs of the wedding planning process. Both Megan and the Owner even stayed later than their normal buisness hours for me to come back and try my dress on...the one I purchased that very same day. I visited multiple bridal vendors and none of them compared to The Gown Gallery and especially the treatment we received from Megan. The Gown Gallery was by far the best place we went to while dress shopping for my dress! They were extremely friendly and we had the experience we had always hoped for.
