We absolutely loved all the items we rented from Ranco for our Hilton Head Island wedding! Their x-back wooden chairs added such a great beachy touch to our ocean-front wedding, along with the driftwood chargers. They were very flexible and even added some items last minute for us like the napkins, chair cushions, and space heaters. They were very responsive and timely, and everything was set up beautifully! I'd 100% recommend them for any wedding and they have a wide variety of rental items to choose from!

I would highly recommend this DJ service for any event! Wes provided an amazing experience for my wedding and was extremely helpful in the weeks leading up to it!

Mary Ann was amazing to work with. She was out of town the day we had our food tasting with our caterer in St. Simons. We were trying to schedule the tastings the same day since we lived out of town, so she brought her samples to the restaurant and left them for us to try when we met with our caterer. The samples she brought were mouthwatering! We chose her standard cake and icing for our wedding day and the South Carolina design she had on her website. It was one of the most gorgeous cakes I have ever seen!! Her work is perfection. Our guests couldn't get enough of our cake. And what was left over was eaten the following week. Everyone wanted to know where we found Mary Ann! The cake was so moist and tasty! If I had to choose a cake vendor again, I would go right back to Mary Ann at I Do Cakes!

Dance Jammers did a great job at the reception. They announced everything that was going on like a master of ceremonies. So easy to work with and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend them to anyone else!

Brenda at Merle Norman in Brunswick was wonderful! She did our trial run and our prewedding make-up and did an amazing job!

They filmed my wedding on Sea Island in such a way that I could not have possibly imaged. Their creativity and attention to detail is amazing! They do not make wedding videos they make wedding films. One of the coolest things was the highlight video they gave me to share with my friends on Facebook. It was like a mini movie! Best investment I ever made!

We were beyond pleased with Straton Hall Catering. We booked the beautiful venue, Cedar Lodge on Honey Creek. Several days later the Venue Director, Tiffany notified me that she was able to book Straton Hall Catering for our daughter’s wedding. Honestly, we did not know anything about Straton Hall except Tiffany was very pleased that she was able to book them. We met Jay at our tasting and that’s when we understood Tiffany’s excitement. Jay made the entire experience fun. He was always upbeat and made all of us feel special. Our wonderful Wedding Planner, Anna of Swanson Signature Events, scheduled the tasting and gave Jay a list of the appetizers and entrees that we were interested in. We went to his restaurant in Brunswick. He had a beautiful private room upstairs and we tasted all of the wonderful food. Jay described everything as we ate and explained how it would be displayed. He made recommendations along the way as we discussed everything. We selected Fruit, Mushroom Brochette, Crab Cakes, Shrimp and Oysters as our appetizers. The Shrimp and Oysters were displayed beautifully and were prepared to perfection. Jay’s staff walked around serving the other appetizers while pictures were taking place. We are very picky about how our seafood is cooked and many times it is over cooked. Not with Straton Hall. We had a dear friend who always cooks seafood well. He made a special point to tell us Jay knew what he was doing. The seafood was great. As entrees we selected Shrimp and Grits and Maple, Pecan crusted Chicken. The chicken was great but his award winning Shrimp and Grits stole the show!! I have had so many people tell me how great all the food was and especially the Shrimp and Grits! Their next statement is always “Do you think Jay will share his recipe for Shrimp and Grits.” We also had his famous Macaroni and Cheese Station. A must have!! Everyone knows Jay by now. We have talked about him so much and everyone noticed how hard he was working during the wedding reception. Jay was very well staffed. He had lots of people with him working the reception. We consider Jay a special friend. Due to cancer my husband was unable to eat at the tasting and the night of the reception. Jay saved him a sample of all the food to freeze for later but my husband and I plan to go to Jay’s restaurant after he is well and order everything on our daughter’s menu. We are especially looking forward to seeing our friend Jay again. Clearly, I would recommend you book Straton Hall Catering. If they don’t have your date available, change your date.

These ladies are nice, professional, and a joy to work with.

All of our guests drove between 5 and 7 hours to be at our wedding, so we knew we wanted to provide them with a meal. After looking at several places that wanted between $1500-3000 to provide a traditional meat and 2 for 100 people we stumbled across Grandy's. Thank God we did! At less than half of the lowest price we had been quoted we knew we had found our food. Neither of us had eaten there, but they had some pretty good reviews. When I went to pick up the food I had to lay down the back seats in my explorer just to fit it all in. After everyone had eaten and was full there was enough left over to feed us all again. We left some for the staff at the venue. The chicken was perfect, not greasy, and sorry mom, but the Mac and cheese was the best. Three biscuits were out of this world, green beans were amazing! Seriously will become a must everything I'm there.
