Twirl was great in helping design the last minute bridesmaid dress I ordered. They are a little pricey, but worth it. The dress turned out great, despite it being a rushed order.

I went to Twirl Scottsdale for my bridesmaids dresses because they were one of two shops in the whole valley who carried the designer I wanted. The dresses were pricey, but beautiful. I spoke with the salespeople at Twirl many times and visited many times as I made my decision on the dresses. They were very helpful and patient for the most part, but sometimes they could have an attitude or not call back when they say they would. One of my bridesmaids lives out of state and Twirl could ship her dress to her when it came in. Our dresses arrived at their store two days before Christmas. They called and left a message to let me know they were ready for pickup. My out of state bridesmaid was out of town for an extended period of time for the holidays, so I wanted to make sure they didn't ship the dress to her yet. I didn't get the message right away and by the time I called a couple of hours later, they had already shipped the dress out to my friend out of state. They didn't check with me first to make sure it was still ok to ship, and it was a holiday weekend. Needless to say, her dress sat on her porch for two weeks in rainy weather; but luckily, it was not damaged in any way. I felt they could have put more thought into that one. But overall, I had a good experience with them.

Twirl boutique makes bridesmaid dress shopping easy. They offer the top lines and you will absolutely find something you love. I have been back 3 times for different weddings and my experience has always been great. When you make an appointment you can expect one on one service without the pressure. I won't go anywhere else for bridesmaids dresses.

We got our bridesmaid dresses from Twirl and they looked absolutely incredible. The staff there were really helpful in bringing us dresses that met the style we were looking for and the price range.

I'm sure you can get more affordable dresses elsewhere, like David's Bridal, but this was such a cute boutique and they really make you feel special. Plus they have locations in Chandler & Scottsdale, so it makes it more convenient too.

Twirl is a great place for bridesmaid dresses. The store itself is absolutely adorable and sets to tone for a great experience. The girls were so helpful and the ordering process went very smoothly. The dresses are all so unique and are definitely not your typical bridesmaid dress- you can actually wear most of them again after the wedding!

I purchased my wedding dress at Twirl in Scottsdale and my bridesmaid dresses at the Chandler location. Both Twirl locations are wonderful, the staff and selections are amazing. I felt like the employees were my friends and there to help me with everything along the way. Twirl is the best boutique in Arizona!!

I chose Twirl because they were the only boutique/store that offered the designer/dress I wanted for my BM's. Although, I do not have any spectacular to say about this place I was satisfied as the dresses came in on time. Although one came back smudged. My BM's overall sentiments were that they felt like they did'nt receive the attention they should have gotten. I believe my BM's only issue with this place was that they had young inexperienced girls taking the measurements and this proved to be a bit of a hassle as 4 of my 6 B.M's had to get alteration because of the large fit!

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses through Twirl. They had a great selection of bridesmaid dresses to choose from and were so helpful with ordering and shipping. All 6 of my bridesmaids live all over the country, so the ordering was all done by email and over the phone. I was a little nervous that some of the girls who lived in more rural areas were not able to actually try on the dresses before ordering, but in the end everything ended up looking amazing!

I do not fill out these reviews often, but in Twirl's case, I felt I had to because they were exceptional. From the day I went in looking for bridesmaid dresses (I chose a very affordable Vineyard brown silk chiffon dress-- gorgeous!!), to the day we returned the tuxes (a new service that Twirl offers--fantastically convenient might I add), the staff was so helpful, responsive, calming, and absolutely wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything for our bridal party was taken care of, including delivering new tux pieces to us the day of our wedding to the ceremony/reception site (I was floored! our site was a good 45 minutes to an hour from their store!). They also helped to get me a pair of custom wedge bridal flip flops when I frantically realized five days before the wedding that I needed more comfortable shoes to get my through the night.

Keri (one of the owners), Angela and the rest of the Twirl team are also truly excited for all of their brides and made the process of dressing our bridal party fun and exciting too.

I highly recommend them to any bride looking for one less thing to worry about! Our bridal party looked amazing and I never worried that any dress or tux would be anything but perfect because of Twirl's commitment to us. Thank you to them!!

We ordered our dresses from Twirl Boutique and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of our dresses and the timely manner in which we received them.All the girls were extremely happy with the dresses!!I'd recommend them to anyone.

We purchased our bridesmaid dresses from Twirl after receving an e-mail with a 10% discount that they do twice a year. They are the only ones in the Valley to carry certain designers that make unique dresses. The dresses turned out great, and they were neatly packaged when shipped to our out of town guests. Twirl was great except with you present them with a special situation - or a pregnant bridesmaid. We bought the original dress, which we knew we would have to, but when we wanted to make the new dress (a different style) look like the old dress, they never returned my calls when they said they would check into something. We ended up doing the changes somewhere else. We paid extra to rush this dress and when it came in, they left one message and never followed up or called the bride to say it was in. Also, my out of town bridesmaids had trouble placing their orders, leaving messages for days and sending e-mails with no response. The owners were very pleasant to work with when we had to rush the second dress, we got everything (including size) figured out in a day.

Twirl was great, they had exactly what I wanted. It took forever and alot of shopping to find the exact color I wanted, but I found it at Twirl. My only complaints are it was a little pricey and the consultants don't always dress very professional.
