I absolutely love Shane Company! Their jewelry is amazing and I'm so thankful my now husband purchased my engaged ring and our wedding bands from them. I will only go to this company for jewelry.

I will be a customer for life! They truly back up what they say. I had difficulites with my first engagement ring setting and they replaced it with a brand new one with no questions asked! The people in Shane co are so helpful and sweet. I was a walking Shane co advertisement! My engagement ring, wedding bands, pearl necklace, pearl earrings, and pearl bracelet were absolutely gorgeous!! Not only did I get everything listed above from there but I went back to purchase my husbands wedding ring and a pearl necklace for my mom and mother in law as well as a diamond ring for my mother with my father for mothers day two years ago. Not only am I a customer for life but my whole family is! THey are the best place for any jewlery and truly have the best quality diamonds. As one of my co-workers and I both have said many times "You can tell a Shane co ring from any other jewelry companys rings because no one else has as much sparkle!" :)

I LOVE Shane Company!! My diamond engagement ring and band are just beyond beautiful. I enjoy looking at it every day. I get so many compliments on it, too. Everyone who works there understand staying in your price range, and they really work with you. They are all very knowledgable and very kind. I love going in there any time! I get free cleanings, a great warrenty, and if I ever decide to upgrade, you only have to spend $1 more than what you trade yours in for. Pretty cool!

Shane Company is amazing. The fact they are not on commissioned sales makes the experience more pleasant than I could have ever helped for. The prices, quality and beauty are amazing. If you saw it on their website, but not in the store, they may have it tucked away in the back to see. Their service and staff is bar none. I will return for more than my ritual cleanings and maintenance.

We went ring shopping at several places and the Shane Company in Alpharetta exceeded everywhere (by a long shot). The commercials on the radio use to annoy me but after the experience we had, I love them :) They treated us so great and made it such a special, memorable experience!!

My ring is gorgeous, and they have been great about replacing loose stones (my fingers are quite small, I don't think the stones falling out had anything to do with poor quality, so about the way the ring is shaped around my thin fingers!) I have shopped at Shane for other jewelry (e.g. an anniversary ring for my mother) and I think they have great customer service - they really listen, there is no pressure, and they don't try to upsell. All around, great value and a great place to pick out the most important piece of jewelry you'll ever own!

I had a really difficult ring to fit- my engagement ring has a basket that needed a specific shaped contour band. Shane Co was the only game in town that had something that fit, we were able to afford two bands (one for either side of my engagement ring), AND they are beautiful! I get SO many compliments! Thanks for saving the day, Shane Co (and Asha for spending so much time with us to make sure we got it right!)!

I loved Shane Company because they take very good care of you! The rings we picked out were perfect for our budgets and the payment plans worked perfectly since we were paying for our entire wedding and making payments each month to ALL vendors! I love my ring and anytime I have a question or concern I call and they answer me. I also LOVE the engraving and sautering was included w ring, and the cleaning every 6 months! So happy with my ring! I get compliments almost every day!!!!
The ontly thing I hated was there was not one closer to me. So its a little drive but totally worth it to keep my ring and my new Husbands rings flawless!

Awesome! We looked at other jewelry stores and their quality was way above others. They have a great warranty for the lifetime of the jewelry. I don't buy fine jewelry anywhere else!
