They were so helpful and flexable to what we were wanting for our wedding. I would highly recommend having any event out there. the lodge was wonderful and the view was spectacular.

Unbelievable! I honestly cannot begin to explain how wonderful Skelly Lodge is and how great Janie & Ruth are to work with. They met every expectation and were incredibly attentive to our needs and wants. We rented the lodge for the entire weekend and it was honestly the best thing we could have done. We were able to have our rehearsal and wedding reception in one location, and staying at the lodge with my bridesmaids Friday night was so much fun. The setting is unbelievable! The views from the lodge are breathtaking and the wedding pictures are amazing! They take impecable care of the place and it was clean the entire weekend. Janie & Ruth were always able to meet with me when I needed them to and took care of every last minute detail that needed to be done on my wedding day. I would recommend Skelly Lodge to anyone and everyone- it truly is amazing!

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting or more wonderful people to plan with. Janie and Ruth were very helpful in planning, meeting all of our needs and making everything so easy. The entire weekend was better than we could have imagined!

There is no way to describe how perfect the location at Skelly Lodge is for a wedding. I was married in May there and it was PERFECT. The ladies that run and own the Lodge are so easy to work with and helpful. They make you feel so welcome. We rented the lodge for two days and my bridal party was able to stay the entire time. We had so much fun there and my wedding could not have been better. LOVE SKELLY LODGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is beautiful out at the lodge and I would book them again. Ruth is a very nice helpful lady. They book early so plan ahead. This is a bed and breakfast, but even if you book it for 48hrs for a wedding no breakfast if provided, but the rental price will include tables and linens if you book for 48hrs so that is a good deal.

I can't say enough about Skelly Lodge. We had planned on an outside wedding but it was forced inside after about a week of non-stop rain. Ruth was wonderful in helping to set-up and give us ideas of what we could do with the inside of the Lodge. She definitely came to the rescue when I was left by my wedding cake vendor without a cake stand!! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and you can tell they are very well maintained. Skelly Lodge is located outside Tulsa in Catoosa and it is very serene and beautiful setting for any wedding. I have to restate what another reviewer said: there is only one small bathroom downstairs and nothing is wheelchair accessible. If you have grandparents or older guests that can't make it up a flight of stairs you may want to consider other options.

I have never been one to make decisions quickly but when I saw Skelly Lodge I was sold. Being the cautious person I am, I still looked and researched in the Tulsa area but nothing compared or even came close to the lodge. The beauty is breath-taking in rain or shine, cold or warm. Unfortunately for us, the weather on our wedding day was 44 degrees with 20 mph winds. Unfortunately for our guests, we still had the ceremony outside (sorry, guys). However, Ruth was awesome and provided blankets for the guests and really worked to make sure everything went smoothly. We did have the reception inside and, while it was a bit crowded (completely my fault as I knew the guest count and lodge capacity) I heard no complaints and had enough room to move about and greet everyone. If you're looking for that great outdoor venue or cozy indoor one and just haven't found it yet, the drive to the lodge might be well worth your time.

This setting is beautiful, the lodge is rustic but open and bright inside. It is a little outside of Tulsa, but for an outdoor wedding it was totally worth it. I had to work with the director a little to get her to give us some rehearsal time. Because they had a bed and breakfast though you or your wedding party can stay at the lodge the night before and cut down on travel and stress. Ruth is so sweet and very accomodating and the grounds are very well kept with beautiful flowers and an peaceful stream outside the lodge. One thing to consider is that the lodge itself is NOT handicap accessable so if you have elderly people or anyone in a wheel chair you're going to have to make special arrangements.
