Stacey did a great job on our photos! We loved all of them and we were greatful that she captured all of the details of our special day. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reasonably priced photographer!

Working with Stacey up until our wedding was great. Unfortunately after the wedding we ran into some issues. It took over a month for our proofs to be available online and now as the 4 month date approaches I still have not received any prints. Had I known it was going to be this much of a struggle to get MY wedding pictures I NEVER would have gone with Serafina.
*Also, if you get married outdoors she will make you take your sunglasses off so everyone is squinting in the pictures.

We didn't have any problems until after the wedding. My husband and I got married in June 2009 and we did not recieve our album until May of 2010. Only after we threatened Stacy with lawyers and contacting the BBB, did she ship our album. Otherwise, I believe we would have never gotten it. It took her a few months to get us the proofs and she had been promising to ship our wedding album since October. I emailed her every month asking about it and she always had an excuse...she was out of town...there was a hold up at the printers...etc. She finally quit returning my emails so I figured at this point it was a scam. So finally in May, I told her I would be contacting a lawyer to get our money back and I would be contacting the BBB. Miraculously she was able to produce an album and ship it to us. We never did get an explanation as to what happened. She also was to enlarge some of our favorite pics. In the one pic, she chopped on the top of someone's head and the other pic was so dark that you couldn't even differentiate between my husband and me. She promised to redo them, but never did. She also promised us wallets and 5x7's since there was a delay but she never followed through on this either. I feel Stacy was extremely unprofessional during this whole fiasco. This is no way to run a business. She had the potential to ruin something that meant so much to us. I'm sorry to say, the album was nothing special and it seemed there were pics in there that we didn't even pick. It had been so long since I picked the pics that I couldn't remember. If you decide to go with Serafina Photography for your wedding... Good Luck! I hope Stacy learned a lesson from this and will be more professional in the future.

Stacey was our Photographer for our wedding. She was very easy to comminicate with her at all times. Her creativity brought us many beatuiful pictures. She is very dependable and never had a question unanswered. Stacey went above and beyond for our special day. She attended very metting and always attended with a smile and was always in great spirtis!! I highly recommend Stacey for so many reasons. When it comes to having your most speciall day I do think it's very important to have a talented and helpful photographer, as she is. I also found that finacially Serafina was very resonable. I will asure you that you won't be disappointed by Stacy's great attiude and talent.

Stacy was absolutely wonderful!! She was recomended to me at the last minute when another photograher had backed out. I was so much happier after I had talked to her, & she reassured me that things would be just fine. She has a terrific personality, she's perfessional, on time, returns calls, easy to work with,takes beautiful pictures, and takes the time to listen to the little details or extras that a bride & groom might want. Our pictures we absolutely gorgeous, the details of some of the pictures were breath taking. She took pictures of things that some might not think of doing. The quality is great!! We were so happy to have Stacey photograph our wedding. She is very personal, fun and creative. She went above and beyond to document our day, making sure we had pictures of my husband brother that is the serious Navy type having fun and enjoying himself as well as his father that is not your dancing type captured on the dance floor dancing to a traditional Cuban Salsa. It was wonderful, she made sure we had images of family and friends that travel as far as Nicaragua. The final product was fantastic we had more than enough images all in different versions, Color, black & white and sepia. Serafina Photography is our primary photographer, they will be shooting my Brother in law upcoming wedding in August 09. We look forward to seeing you again and Thank you for such a terrific job.
