My wedding was on January 28, 2012. Ms. Reiter was there on time and continually worked with me (the bride) regarding the photos she was taking during the timeframe of our agreed contract. She promised me that the photos would be ready in 5-6 weeks - and they were! The photos were delivered on time to my residence. (The only problem was the misdelivery by the post office!) Everyone who has seen the photos or the slideshow provided on Ms. Reiter's website have commented on how beautiful the pictures were.

We are greatful to Ms. Reiter for the memories she kept for us with her beautiful photographs.

We were introduced to Kelly at one of the bridal shows and after a brief search found one of her packages affordable and contacted her for her availability. She was very prompt in response to our request for a meeting and we met up with her in early February (our wedding date 8.20.11) We saw her work, loved it, and signed a contract with her that evening. One of the things we were very excited about were the personalized thank you notes that were said to be a two week turn around time. At the end of our initial meeting, we were pleased to have found an affordable, personable photographer and cross that item off our list.

We paid half of the cost at the initial meeting and paid in two other installments, the last installment being paid in April. A couple of weeks before the wedding in August, Kelly contacted us confirming we were set for the wedding, but asked when we would be sending the last of the payment. We had made the final payment 4 months prior and she had failed to document it.

She arrived on time for the wedding and had some great ideas for photos and kept the seemingly never-ending photo taking process moving right along. We only booked her for four hours, and she did a wonderful job catching all the moments possible.

Flash forward 4 weeks after the wedding, we had yet to receive our photos or most importantly the thank you notes. We hadn't read the contract closely enough, but it did read that the CD production would take 6-8 weeks. We were fine waiting for the CD, but not the thank you notes.

It took almost 10 weeks to receive the CD and we have yet to receive the thank you notes (we are just past 12 weeks past the wedding). We are a couple who prefers to do things in the most timely manner and have missed the appropriate window to send out our thanks, which is 8 weeks. We contacted Kelly several times to see what the hold up is and we were told it was the company she had ordered them from who kept filling the order incorrectly. If she would have told us upon the initial mishap, we would have told her to scratch the thank you notes and refund us the money, but we were told nothing. We've recently heard the same excuse was given to a friend of a friend who also used Kelly as a photographer for their wedding. After receiving the CD, we reached out to her about the whereabouts of the notes and told her we expected the notes and a full refund, which she agreed to.

After another couple weeks of no contact, and another round of calls/emails/texts, we ordered the thank you notes online ourselves (which was an additional $70 on top of the $35 we had given Kelly 9 months ago). This was 12 weeks after our wedding, 10 weeks past the original promised date.

While Kelly is a great photographer, she needs to hire an assistant to take care of the administrative side of the business. Her work is beautiful, but that beauty tends to fade when you're left waiting and waiting for a service you paid for well in advance for, three months after your wedding.

Kelly did an amazing job at the wedding. She was very patient and flexible since we had a lot of guest and crazy weather. I am very excited about seeing our pictures and I believe that she did a wonderful job capturing out night.

Kelly did a wonderful job of photography for our wedding. The quality of her work was outstanding. She provided direction for the poses and kept my wedding party on schedule so as to not keep the reception party waiting. I loved the photos she took and the end product of everything. There was a delay in receiving my book but this was due to other factors outside the control of Kelly. Even with the delays she kept me informed either through phone or email. I loved her work so much that I even recommended her for my sister in law's wedding. Which my SIL used her and loved her photography as well.
I recommend Kelly for her great photography, professionalism, quality and prices.

Kelly was great! Every single picture she took was amazing... which made it so hard to pick our favorites! She was easy to work with and very professional. We will definitely be recommending her to friends in the future!

I am big into photography myself and so I tend to be picky when it comes to other photographers work. When we met with Kelly her personality and the comfort we felt around her was a breath of fresh air in itself. Her pictures and perspective was fantastic! Its nice to have interesting pictures of even the little details and she did just that. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. Her price and quality were like no other. Just meet with her and you will see what everyone else is raving about with her. You will not be disappointed!

Kelly did a wonderful job and we're very happy that she was the photographer we chose. She did our engagement pictures which turned out great and she was non- stop at our wedding. She captured every moment so we know that we will remember every part of our special day for the rest of our lives. We were so satisfied with Kelly that we have decide to also book her for our family portraits!
