We love our rings and are happy with what was paid for them, but my husband was fitted incorrectly. After waiting on a special order ring to come in, it didn't fit - was actually the same size as the one in the case at the store. Very frustrating. One salesman, Herman, was very helpful in correcting the problem. So all in all, it was a little bit of a hassle, but the problem is being corrected!
