If you want a stunning cake that tastes amazing too...you must go to Kake Kreations in Whitby! It is a beautiful little boutique cake shop in the heart of Whitby. Karey, the owner and designer, is caring, kind and creative! From our very first consult I knew she would make the cake of my dreams! In my case it ended up being 2 cakes! She was sooo attentive to our needs and ideas about how we wanted our cake to look like and taste like. I was blown away at my wedding when I saw my cakes-they were beautiful! She is more than happy to work with your budget and style. For anyone who knows what UFC is, you will know what I mean by The Octagon. Karey at Kake Kreations did a PHENOMENAL job at re-creating the UFC Octagon for my hubby as his grooms cake. She personalized the logos on the top of the cake to stuff that means something to us and also found a way to incorporate our first date, our engagement date and our wedding date. This cake looked so ABSOLUTELY AWESOME we didn't want to slice into it...but we did and it was worth it.
Karey also stepped in to help my cousin (who was making our main cake) by making our cake topper. We have two adorable little boys (cats) who we wanted to have as our cake topper. I sent Karey a bunch of pictures of them taken over the last six months and she created two little cats that sat on top of our main cake and now have a permanent spot in our china cabinet.

We had Karey at Kake Kreations make our dream wedding cake. We sent her the picture of what we wanted and she made it even better. The cake was gorgeous. We had chocolate fudge cake and banana cake and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding cake or a cake for any event. She is extremely talented and if you want someone who will make your cake with love, then Kake Kreations would be the best place to go. I had a wonderful experience with Kake Kreations. Our wedding cake looked and tasted fantastic. Our guests were raving about it and more cake was eaten at my wedding then I had ever seen before at other weddings I have attended. Karey at Kake Kreations was extreamly friendly and accomodating throughout our wedding planning stages. She created an elegant and delicious wedding cake that looked exactly the way I pictured it, but even better. She displayed it beautifully and arranged the cake table with rose petals. It's the details that make it special, right down to matching dusty rose ribbons she tied on the cake knife set that I left. It was perfect!!! She was also very flexible when our number of guests changed. I recommend Kake Kreations to all future brides for a worry free and wonderful wedding cake. Karey is a wonderful person, she is vrey easy to get along with and she has a huge variety of cakes and flavours to choose from.
I really enjoyed having the opportunity to work with and meet Karey.
I have already recommended Karey to several people, and I will continue to do so.
I just want to say thank you again for being so helpful also helping making my day a true fairy tale wedding. She patiently tried to combine design ideas that my husband and I had. When we finally found a design that we both loved, she made great suggestions for modifying it so that it fit our colour scheme and budget. The cake that Karey created for us was absolutely delicious, and beautiful to look at! We received many compliments about its beauty; people thought that it was too beautiful to eat, and wasn't real.

My wedding cake was beautiful! We didn't want a classic cake so Karey made us a tapered square 3-tier cake. It was perfect for us :) We had lemon cake with raspberry buttercream and for our anniversary tier we had banana cake with peanut butter buttercream. Can't wait to eat it!
