Eileen and her people are classy, sincere and extremely hard-working. They came up with creative & elegant ways to make the most of our limited budget. As the event drew near, they were attentive and ever-present. They guaranteed they would do whatever it took to make our event just perfect in every way -- and they kept their promise. The food & presentation was great (goes without saying if you've ever eaten at Hendrick's). But what we appreciated most was Eileen's warm and cheerful demeanor, and her enthusiastic involvement throughout the process. The mature,professional staff at Hendrick's really cared about our family.

When I started planning my wedding my biggest concern was that everyone felt at home. Our guests were traveling from places like Ireland, England, California, New York and Texas, not to mention our local friends and family. We invited over 200 guests and thought the best way to bring that many people together and make them feel comfortable was to have fabulous food and beverages. I wanted the food to taste like a good home cooked meal; this meant that the food had to be �real�. Real potatoes, real vegetables, real turkey, the last thing I wanted were the people I loved eating over processed food! Hendrick�s Food Vault helped me achieve this goal, they were more than a caterer they were my wedding planners!! We called Eileen and set up an appointment with her and her wedding coordinator/decorator. The two women helped me build a food and wine menu with in my budget (this included salad, bread, a full buffet, children�s menu and a chocolate fountain) they gave me Ideas for center pieces, table numbers, flowers, and favors. The staff who attended the wedding not only dressed professionally but the catered to every ones needs. Most guest tell the bride how amazing she looks, my guests told me how amazing the food was (not that I didn�t look amazing, but the food was truly out of this world) Honestly I wouldn�t have had it any other way!
