The food provided by Eric's team was simply outstanding. We opted for the Italian buffet paired with wine and beer, and every dish was a culinary delight. The garlic rolls were particularly memorable and received rave reviews from all our guests. Frisco's was phenomenal to work with! Erik made sure we were taken care of at every step of the process and was extremely flexible when building our dream menu. Everyone knows wedding food can be hit or miss but Frisco's knocked it out of the park! When we did a sample tasting in October, we took the food to go and it was about two laters that we sat down to eat it. Knowing it wasn't as fresh as can be, we intended to be gracious with our review, only to find out that no grace was needed at all! The food was so tasty and held so well that it felt like we were in a fine dining restaurant (even though we were chowing down in our hotel lobby). The different flavors and aromas were so tantalizing and enticing that we knew our guests wouldn't leave disappointed. Sure enough, on our wedding day each and every one of our guests confirmed that they were blown away by the quality AND PORTION SIZE of the food they were served. There were empty plates and full bellies all around and we could not have been happier with the service Frisco's provided. Highly recommend!!!
