About

Amoraco, a celebrated wedding catering business, began in Manhattan, New York, in 2011, from a desire to create cuisine where people savor every bite and the conversation would pause for just for a moment to indulge in a delicious treat.

I personally like to try EVERYTHING... So we love to create small bites for cocktail parties, 6-course curated tasting menus for your besties, whimsical stations for weddings, buffets for family gatherings, and grazing tables for a multitude.

Now in Florida and loving every minute (ok, perhaps not Hurrican Ian - but we are getting a new kitchen, so I can't be that mad)

We are a full-service catering team offering cuisine, staffing, bar, and rentals. We've catered thousands of events, from baby's first birthday to Heidi Klum for Macy's 600 guests and everything in between... Please share with us the dream for your next special moment...

Impeccable Service

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tamara is an absolute professional. Her food is not only beautiful but incredibly delicious. Her staff is professional and punctual which is always key to a successful event. Can't say enough wonderful things. Tamara came with such great ideas it truly elevated our event. OMG those mushroom truffles!!! A must add to everyone's event! Trust me!

Fantastic rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch

Amoraco did such a great job for our rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch. The rehearsal was a sit down for 35 people where we had some delicious passed hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner. I didn't get many pics of the dinner, but I can tell you the chicken was so juicy and tender and the hand made pasta was to die for. I do have some of the apps as well as the beautiful spread for brunch which was for 60. We especially loved the petit croissants with shaved turkey, brie, arugula and apple - so good! Tamara was so easy to work with even with my mom who had lots of last minute changes - she was such a pro and handled every request with ease. I only wish we'd used Amoraco for our wedding (we went with a larger one in the area but the experience wasn't nearly as good). I highly recommend. 5 stars!

Delicious, create and beautifully presented food!

So happy we hired Amoraco and Tamara for our rehearsal dinner and brunch. (We already had a wedding caterer so worked with her for our other family and friends events surrounding the wedding).
We did heavy passed hors d'oeuvres and a fresh pasta station for our rehearsal dinner and then a beautiful brunch spread the following day pics attached. Our guests were very complimentary on the cuisine and staff. We would absolutely recommend her team to any future couples. We're actually going to be working with them again for my baby shower yay!
