We purchased both wedding bands at their Albany, New York location. The gentlemen we worked with was friendly and not pushy. He was able to help us find beautiful rings in our price range. I would go back again.
My engagement ring was custom designed by Martin Flyer. Unfortunatly the matching wedding band was too expensive therefore the owner of Hannoush offered to make my wedding band. The band turned out to be almost identical to the Martin Flyer band. There is 2 little flaws in the band itself but the diamonds are georgous! I would suggest that if you are looking for a custom ring, see the owner in the clifton park, ny location. He is wonderful!
I'm pleased with the engagement ring I got at Hannoush, but the process felt a little like wheeling and dealing with a used car salesman along the way. Or a lot. Icky. We shopped at the new location in Clifton Park and dealt with the eldest Hannoush himself. My now-husband did all the dealing and purchasing, and he says it was a hassle. The elder Hannoush raised the price he guaranteed on the ring we picked from selection to to the time it was picked up and paid for, and my husband had to fight for it. I love my ring, but the process was icky.
The staff at Hannoush Jewelers couldn't have been more attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us pick out the most gorgeous rings and bent over backward to make sure that the engraving we wanted would fit and would be on time. I would highly recommend them
Albert is fantastic. Hannoush has the most beautiful jewlery in the area. We use them anytime we need a gift, and my husband has bought me several items from there. My engagement ring is gorgeous, I recieve complements about it all of the time! Anytime I am in the area they clean and check my rings. The service is fantastic and the jewlery is lovely.Perfect place to shop for wedding bling!

David Hannoush was the most professional, kind person we delt with, for our Jewlery. He spent about 2 hrs. with us, as we chose my engagment ring. Several months later I went in to have my ring cleaned, and David showed me the wedding band he made, to perfectly fit my engagement ring. We were very pleased with the service, and the kindness of the staff.
Hannoush is great. My husband got me the most beautiful, custom engagement ring from Albert. And we got both my custom wedding band and his band from Albert. They are friendly, talented, honest people and we will do all of our jewelry business with Hannoush.
This was the greatest concern of mine, money wise, but in goingto Hannoush we were able to get great quality and service without hassle, and we were given great deals, and sizing was on-time and appropriate, this was agreat jeweler.
My only disappointment is that I purchased an 18 karat white gold ring which turned yellow in only a month. Since I am active and planned on wearing the jewelry on a daily basis, I wish they would have mentioned that because 18 karat gold has more gold in it, it's softer and more apt to turn yellow than 14 karat gold is. I definitely would have purchased 14 karat gold or another metal. The ring is beautiful though and they did a great job making a custom band that matched.
