I searched far and wide for the perfect cake topper. So far, in fact, that I contacted someone in Germany who then recommended Lisa of Flour Confections. I then sent Lisa a photo of my husband and I, and asked if she could create a cake topper based on the photo. It turned out absolutely amazing, and everyone loved it -- especially us!

Lisa did an Amazing job on our cupcake tower Wedding cake! She paid careful attention to what we were trying to create and executed with great detail! Not only did it look amazing but it was by far the BEST tasting Cupcake I've ever had! From our initial visit to have a taste of a variety of cakes right to the wedding day, we were in regular contact and changes were made as needed/requested by us as we changed our minds. We felt like our needs were met in every way to make the cake a special part of our wedding day. The price was very reasonable. The cake was absolutely delicious!! The little mini cake left behind for us was a wonderful surprise and such a thoughtful gift. We would recommend Flour Confections to all of our friends.

Lisa was absolutely fabulous. She was able to help my daughter zero in on exactly what she wanted and came up with all sorts of ideas. She created a beautiful cake with a whimsical topper and fulfilled my daughter's dreams. Her sample session was also a great way to allow us to pick just the right flavour and type of cake as well. I would highly recommend her services.

Lisa was a total pleasure to work with! At a time where I was under alot of stress, she guided me through the process, listened to my ideas and thoughts and worked within my budget. Every detail was laid out in a clear way and she kept me informed of timelines along the way. The result of all of this was that I had one less thing to worry about and she delievered the wedding cake of my dreams, just as I had pictured it! I was totally happy with everything she did - I would highly recommend flour confections!

Lisa , the owner of Flour Confections, was fantastic to work with - she listened to all of our ideas and provided us with several sketches and quotes and worked with us to combine various aspects of those options into the perfect wedding cake. Setting up a tasting appointment was made easy and upon arriving Lisa made us feel comfortable and important. After sampling various flavours of cake and butter creams we finally decided to go with a Gluten-free cake as the mother of the bride and several family members have celiac/wheat allergies. Flour Confections is one of the only vendors around that offers this alternative and, despite my initial skepticism, the gluten-free was perhaps the best cake I have ever tasted.
Prior to our big day Lisa worked with our florist to get the appropriate flowers needed for our cake which alleviated alot of stress on us. On the big day, Lisa delivered and assembled the cake at the venue. It was stunning. We received countless compliments on the intricate detail and unique touches that she added, and even more when the cake was cut and served!
Since booking Flour Confections for our wedding I have also used Lisa to make a gluten free birthday cake for my mother's 50th party. Again - the most delicious cake I have ever found. I would not hesitate to use Flour Confections again and would recomment Lisa to anyone looking for a high-quality wedding cake.

Flour Confections' creations are truly incredible! Lisa's artistic flair and culinary skills are well matched - her designs are wonderful and the cakes taste great too! We met with Lisa once to discuss the direction of our wedding cake - having only a general idea of what we wanted; we left the conception and details in her hands. Seeing our cake for the first time on our wedding day was very exciting – it was perfect!
We have had the pleasure of Lisa creating other event/occasion cakes for us, as well. Each cake Lisa produces is thoughtfully designed and impeccably detailed. Can’t wait to enjoy the next one - Cheers!
