Everything at our wedding was perfect... except for the flowers. I had amazing hopes when I chose to work with Botaniq. I emailed Tim and he responded that evening with a proposal. I had sent him pictures of exactly how I wanted the bouquets and detailed explanation of what I was requesting. When Tim sent the proposal it sounded great and he understood what I wanted. My wedding flower I chose was red dahlias and I wanted the centerpieces to have red flowers with touches of yellow, but they ended up being mainly orange colored flowers with only 1 or 2 red flowers in each centerpiece and hardly any dahlias. The flowers were turning brown and very wilted when they arrived just prior to the ceremony. Tim was very nice each time we spoke, but I am very disappointed that I wasted that much money on dying flowers that weren't even the right kind of flower or the right colors.

I am sorry you were not completely satisfied with the outcome of your wedding however this is the first I have heard of your unhappiness other than the phone call you placed to me after your flowers had been delivered. You requested more red and I personally came out and added 2dozen red roses to your arrangements immediately. If you are going to share the story I wish you would share all of it. As far as price and color choices you can see your contract below… you got what you asked for at discounted prices. Due to the fact that this was a destination wedding and never getting to meet the designer in person I was a little nervous. But how ever after reviewing Tim's work online I knew I was in safe hands. When the flowers arrived I knew I had made the best decition! The flowers were perfect and so was the price. The presentation was great - each bouquet was splendid and unique in there own little way. We were very pleased!

We were married on October 17th, 2009. We contacted Tim Ryan Design to get ideas and were offered a free consultation. Tim provided excellent ideas, and brought to light many things we had not even thought of. After we discussed things we liked and didn't like. We decided to proceed with the plans and on our day of the wedding, we had the best floral arrangment we could ask for. Everything from cake, to the toss bouquet and center pieces were done by him. He helped us choose the flower types which were unlike anything my husband and I had ever seen. They were just incredible and the professionalism he posessed was incredible. When I arrived at the reception, he had everything already set up. I couldn't believe how perfect everything looked. He made my day and I would recommend anyone using him! Thanks Tim!
