My fiance (now husband) loved working with Melody for both out engagement and wedding photos. She is so fun and engaging! She really wants to bring out your personality in the pictures and tries to make it truly enjoyable, especially for people who are camera shy- like my husband! Her post processing is an art in itself and she leaves every photo absolutely breath-taking when all is said and done. As someone who is interested in photography myself, I really appreciated the detail and time she puts into making her clients happy. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime!

I'm so happy I found Mel! She was the first photographer I met with when we started planning our wedding and I knew right away she was going to capture our wedding! She's super friendly and fun but also very professional. We used Aria Images for our engagement and wedding photos. The first time my husband met Mel was at our engagement photo session. Now I love my husband but he's NOT comfortable in front of a camera but Mel made the experience so much fun (he actually said he was looking forward to the wedding photos when we were done). I thought the engagement photos were amazing but Melody wasn't 100% happy so we got another mini-session free of charge! I was so impressed when she called me and asked if she could take more photos! The wedding photos turned out AMAZING! I could not have been happier. She was great on the wedding day - full of ideas and capturing the special moments. She's easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. I loved getting our photo "album" in the mail! To top it all off, the pricing was amazing. You can tell Mel loves what she does - it shows in every photo she takes!

Melody is AMAZING! She photographed our engagement, wedding, and recently our first family pictures! She is truly wonderful! I will NEVER have anyone else photograph my family, except Aria Images. She captures the exact emotions that we felt at the moment, and are memories that we keep and remember forever. Melody was an amazimg part of our wedding day! She was very professional, yet very charismatic and bubbly. She took beautiful pictures that we will cherish forever. Initially, Mel was very easy to get in contact with and she was extremely helpful and had great options for her services. At the wedding, she was very good at directing our friends and family for pictures, she was extremely enthusiasti...c, she was understanding of family and scheduling challenges, and she captured everything! Melody is an amazing photographer! I took my time meeting with a few photographers before I selected her and I have never been sorry. Her packages are priced well below average but the quality of her is just the opposite. The photographs from our wedding day are beautiful and capture so much pure emotion. Because we saved so much money, I decided to go with a second photographer and Melody's brother came along for our big day. For those of you considering the option, I highly recommend it. They have so much energy when they're together that for me, the photographs became the most fun part of my whole wedding. Her brother even stayed longer than I paid him to just because he enjoyed it. Melody is just as flexible and generous with her time. She happily consented to using some of my hours for a family photo session, which was very gracious of her because we wound up having to take them on the day of the wedding and had to put up with my family's antics all day long. Bottom line, if you want a photographer who will go the extra mile for you--who will give more than she receives, Melody is perfect for you.

Wow...what can I say? My husband and I are beyond pleased with the work that Melody did for us! Even before our wedding, I appreciated her flexibility, willingness to answer our questions and her excellent business behavior. I was totally confident in her services and that she would deliver excellent results. That confidence was only amplified after working with her on our wedding day. Honestly, I don't know if I can come up with words worthy enough to described Melody's photography. Mel did my August wedding (and yes it was the hottest August day ever) and was fantastic in capturing my outdoor wedding! Her and her husband (as 2nd photographer) were a fantastic team! Most times I didn't even know Mel was there and my photographs are truly beautiful! Melody is a joy to work with and her creative eye won't disappoint you. In November I booked a portrait session with her (Trash the dress) it was so much fun and the photos are fabulous because of Mel's talent. Mel, is definitely "my photographer" for life!

Melody shot my wedding photos and I still cant believe how great they are.. The pictures were unbelieveably real and honest. Everything she captured reflected how we felt that day and our personalities in general. I was sooo happy to look back on those pictures because everything was going to fast it was easy to miss something really special! MELODY IS AWESOME!! She was a joy to work with; I felt like I knew her even before I met her in person. My husband and I couldn't be happier with her work! She captured every moment of our intimate July ceremony perfectly! She is so creative! It was so hard to choose which photos we wanted because they are all such beautiful works of art, we want them all! She also designed a wedding announcement for us which we love! Aria Images captured my wedding day perfectly! The photojournalism style truly made my pictures unique, yet gorgeous! Melody has an eye for capturing just the right picture, and is willing to do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. She completely took the stress out of the process of capturing my wedding in pictures!

Working with Melody was definitely a pleasure!! I felt like we had a relationship before I even met her. We conversed back and forth via email before our engagement session at the Arboretum and Wrightsville Beach. When we finally met her, I felt so comfortable! She has great ideas for shots...very unique! I LOVE that she uploads ..."sneak peeks" soon after the photo session. The pictures were absolutely beautiful! We have so many beautiful pictures, that we've run out of wall space to display them! lol!

Melody traveled to Raleigh to take our wedding pictures. Needless to say, I was very confident that she would do a wonderful job! She captured very special moments, and the pictures are just gorgeous!! I could write a book about Miss Melody, but I guess I'll stop here! lol!

I just got back some blown up images from my wedding--I feel like a movie star! Melody took some amazing photos of me--the best I have ever taken in my life! She was super friendly and accommodating with my needs, and our photos are gorgeous. Looking at them now, I wish I hadn't tried to save money by requesting fewer touched up images--because the touched up ones are just so lovely!
I'd also caution brides who really want to capture every (important) moment and whose wedding may be more chaotic than the average affair to consider hiring 2 photographers because it can be really tough on a single photographer, although poor Melody was a great sport.

Melody photographed our celebration exactly as we has hoped. She was able to capture the intimacy of our closest friends and family celebrating together at our beachside villa. She was professional, on-time, personable and delivered great results. I highly recommend Melody for any special occassion you want to remember for a lifetime.

I can't praise Melody's services enough. Although we live hundreds of miles apart, she was remarkably responsive through email and the phone throughout the entire planning process. The photos and retouching were absolutely stunning - she has a true gift for catching those small simple moments that mean so much. We ran into a couple of problems on the big day, but she was able to help out in so many small ways. She was more than simply a vendor - by the end of the night I considered her a guest. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism would be an asset to any bride.
