The "ACC" is a great venue for your wedding. They are super accommodating (Kim is amazing), the venue is lovely, and the food is great. We were very happy with our venue selection.

The Ajax Convention Centre did a fantastic job for our wedding. They catered a very specific menu for us of East and West Indian Food which was incredible - the chef is fantastic. Kim was wonderful, very customer service oriented and was willing to go above and beyond. The hall helped us set up a lot of our stuff as well which was great. Our guests kept going on about the venue as well as the friendliness of the staff - I would recommend them in a heartbeat :)

Leading up to our wedding, Kim (wedding coordinator) was amazing. But on the day of our wedding, everything went wrong. kim left half way through the night with no warning. some of our things were misplaced that were left there that morning and some things were lost (gifts to be handed out). Food was not what we ordered at all at taste testing and tasted horrible, many guests complained. no tea or coffee was served with dinner or with the late night buffet. service was so slow in between courses that it made our night shorter and we had to cancel some surprises that we had planned for our guests.There was a new catering service and we were not advice so the chef improvised since his menu was different then the last. Our cake box was thrown out. we had to make a box to bring our cake home since they forgot to cut the wedding cake. We paid for a higher end hall thinking we would get a better quality and customer service and less headaches. But it was just one thing after the next. When we complained to them(to Kim), she was very shocked but since she had left early, she was uaware of all these things that went wrong). I believe that stuff happens, nobody is perfect.But damage control needed to come into play and they refuse to pay us some of our money back. They offered us a one thousand dollars gift certificate for our next event at their hall. We are not planning another event anytime soon and I would not have it there. They will not budge on their offer even though I have refused it. I would not recommend this place not just for the way they handle a complaint but for the whole unorganized staff. It just did not come together as a team.

The food quality and service was outstanding!

I especially liked working with my wedding coordinator along the way. Kim was so attentive to every detail - she made me feel relaxed and at ease the entire time!

Sam was amazing!!!! From the moment I arrived until the end of the night, he made sure that I was always smiling!

This is such a beautiful venue and the food quality and superb staff made it even better. I would recommend the Ajax Convention Center to ANYONE!!!!
