We added a videographer at the last minute, mostly because we had a number of elderly relatives who weren't able to attend.
On the wedding day their team was professional and very easy to work with, I've been in weddings where I felt the photographer or videographer wanted to be a Drill Sergeant when they grew up. Mark's team made it a comfortable, pleasant experience. Additionally, they worked really well with our photographer.
When our videos arrived I was amazed at how good they were. I had imagined something I would watch once, send copies to the relatives and then bury in a closet somewhere. Instead I have an amazing video that my wife and I will treasure.

Mark Thomas is an amazing photographer! Photography was a the number one priority for our wedding and we spent countless hours researching photographers. When we discovered Mark, we quickly realized how incredibly talented his is and knew he was the best photographer we could find. Mark is extremely professional, laid back, and responsive. Mark photographed my bridal session and our wedding. I am beyond happy with the service and outcome! The bridal session was so much fun - Mark has a great sense of humor and was very professional the entire time. At the wedding we hardly noticed he was taking pictures and he caught so many events that we missed or went through quickly. After the bridal session I knew that the photography could be taken off of my worry-list and trusted that Mark would capture my wedding perfectly. I discovered Mark Thomas Pro Photo when I received an email from them advertising their wedding services. I really liked what I saw when I went to the website; it was very professional and the photos looked great. Since I live out of state, my parents went to meet with him to see more of his work. They called me gushing about how nice he was and how much they loved his work. Needless to say, they booked him.

I first met Mark when he did my bridal shots. He was very nice and he worked hard to get good shots and make me more comfortable. The latter was especially challenging, given I don't really like photos of myself and am quite self-conscious. He didn't give up and got me out of my shell while getting some good shots in the process. We also hired a videographer, Jeff, through Mark for the wedding, and they arrived early on the day of to get shots of the church and of us getting ready. They were absolutely respectful of everyone and got some really great shots in what was a pretty drab dressing room. They really helped us feel at ease before the wedding.

During the ceremony, I hardly noticed they were there. They were extremely respectful about the church and altar and did a wonderful job capturing all the facets of our Catholic wedding. Afterwards, Mark took the typical altar photos with wonderful efficiency so everyone but the bridal party could get going. He had a lot of fun ideas for bridal party shots and for shots for my husband and I. He was always willing to listen and try any ideas we suggested, too.

Mark and Jeff did a wonderful job during the reception. They were right there whenever anything happened, and they encouraged us to have fun with our photos and video (we did!). Jeff did some ninja-like interviews for our video; my husband and I had no clue he was doing them at all until he got to ours! Mark and Jeff stayed until the very end of the wedding and got a lot of fun shots of everyone at the end of the night. They were nothing but courteous and friendly to all our friends and family, and we appreciated them for it.

We couldn't be more pleased with our photos -- Mark uploaded them to a photo sharing site so we could easily share them with everyone and order prints, plus he mailed us several copies of the photos on discs. It was extremely difficult to pick out 300 photos for our wedding album, as we loved all of the nearly 2000 photos he took that day. Our video was ready in a really reasonable amount of time and it was beautiful. I think I loved the trailer most of all.

I would most definitely recommend hiring Mark Thomas Pro Photo and Video for your wedding or other special occasion. Mark has great equipment and great people he works with, like Jeff, and he works hard to capture all the moments of your day.

Mark was a fantastic photographer and videographer for our wedding. He was punctual, flexible, very nice and easy to work with - in fact, we barely knew he was there. AND, we've since used him for a lot of other events. He's makes us look good! We can't recommend him enough!

He was super punctual and was all about whatever pics and poses we wanted!!!! He's great at what he does .....absolutely recommend him!!!!! Mark Thomas is wonderful. The wedding photos were our biggest priority in terms of vendors and we weren't disappointed! I had bookmarked his site and then we happened to come across his booth at a wedding fair, where we saw some of his amazing video work in addition to his photos. We weren't going to get a wedding video, but once we saw what he can do, we opted to go for it. He is extremely reasonably priced compared to other photographers, both in San Antonio and other parts of the country where we've been in other weddings. We were looking for a true artist, which is difficult to find - Mark has a great eye, tons of experience and he is very reliable - before, during and after the wedding. He worked quickly and efficiently and had our pictures online (over 1600 of them) AND on disc by the time we got back from our honeymoon. He has already created and ordered our album and is working on our wedding video now. Based on our friends' experiences, we thought this would take months, but Mark is fast... and the quality of his work doesn't suffer because of it. I would recommend him without hesitation. Dan and I love our photos and we're sure our video will be just as great. You won't be disappointed either!
