I bought my wedding dress at Jannabelle's Bridal 3 weeks before my wedding after visiting a bunch of Bridal stores all over Tampa, Lakeland area. Nothing fit my budget or my expectations so I finally found them and decided to stop by. I found Jannabelle's Bridal thru Wedding Wire and I was the best thing ever. Vicky assisted me since the beggining to the end helping me with my veil, also.

I also used Jannabelle's for the groom, best man, ring bearer. order came one time and perfectly fitted all my bridal party.

The dress pick had to be in stock and she had this unique only dress for me. The dress had to be fit to my size. I was called to get weekly my dress fit and I turned amazing.

All my guest just had to stop me to ask where did I got such a amazing dress. The dress was used for an outdoor Garden venue and I contracted horse carriage which with the dress it seem to be part of a film...Every one of my Guest, even my vendors were just overwhelmed by the detailed of the lace thru all the train. Wonderful selection of gowns - I was very surprised when we walked in and saw the very large sale area as well! The entire staff was so easy to work with and really made me feel like I was special. They do all the alterations on site and were very accommodating with my work schedule for alteration appointments. Although I did not have any attendants, they also have a huge selection of attendant's dresses and the prices are very reasonable.

We got all our attire from here. I got my dress, my brides maid dress, flower girl dress, the tuxes, and etc. They are great to work with and very friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I would suggest this venue to anyone... And I have! they have a new location, and a good selection, and they don't work on commission, so you don't feel pressured into buying from them. Also they offer incentives if you get your bridesmaids dresses there, and rent tuxes for your boys.... I LOVED the experience with them, it felt so personal. Great dresses, great store, they were wonderful.

Poor service. I love my dress but not the store.

My sister and I were bridesmaids in a friend's wedding. The people were kind and helpful at first, and their dresses are very pretty. However, we ordered tea length dresses and were assured that the style of dress (which was floor length) could be ordered in tea length. The dresses came in---in full length. So then they assured us they could hem them at the shop, $15 per dress. Okay, no problem. We got measured and they called us to pick up the dresses. However, when we got there they charged us over $30 per dress. There's no way that the five people present during each visit (Bride, two bridesmaids, maid of honor, and parent) all heard incorrectly. Horrible backwards customer service. They just want you to spend your money, but they don't really care about your occassion. Lying is very unprofessional! I'm getting married in the mid October this year and I am staying out of Janabelle's!!!

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE! First- let me tell you, I am the mother of the Bride (the wallet) this is my daughter's first wedding and no expense will be spared so please do not think this is a money issue. My daughter went to Janabell's for her gown. They did not have it but could order it. The first visit they were charming, pleasant and patient. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AFTERWARDS- my daughter had 4 bridesmaids so we picked out &ordered everything from Janabells. They required 50% upfront then the balance when the dresses came in. Great!. The day came and the dresses came in. One of her bridesmaids had a c-section 3-4 days before the dresses came in. Janabells constantly called this poor girl everyday demanding that she come pick up her dress immediately. Under doctor's orders, she was not able to get out of bed for 2 weeks, THEY THREATENED TO CHARGE HER EXTRA FOR NOT PICKING IT UP IN TIME. Against doctor's orders she drove to the shop and picked up the dress. Then wanted extra money just to steam the wrinkles out of the dress! One bridesmaid has went missing- never picked up her dress, won't return ANYONES calls since July. The shop told my us, it was no big deal, that is why they require 50% upfront to cover the cost of the dress. They denied treatening her other bridesmaid. We are now 3 weeks away from the wedding- we went to the shop to check on the alterations- her dress is not in the shop, no alterations have been done, the lady in the shop couldn't answer any questions because the "owners" were not in but when she looked in my daughter's file she showed us a POST IT NOTE from the owner stating BRIDE DOES NOT GET WEDDING GOWN UNLESS SHE PAYS FOR THE OTHER BRIDESMAID DRESS! Excuse me? I called 7 other bridal shops in Polk County. NOT ONE has ever heard of this policy! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

YIKES!!!!! Sad to say but yes i got my dress here. Not a horrible dress but.... I was informed 6 days before my wedding that my dress was not going to make it to my wedding : ( The customer service SUCKED! The owner didn't even make it worth my while to still purchase another dress from her shop. It wasn't until after i found out about my dress that i read reviews about the shop...and wow were my eyes opened!! Horrible reviews...tons of horror stories!! The dress i finally picked out wasn't ugly...it was beautiful! BUT i had to get it altered by their alterations lady...mistake again!! Not only did i have to settle for another dress, the lady who had to make it fit...made the top way too tight...when i got it back A DAY before the wedding.. it was taken in too much..to where the top kept rolling down and it felt as though my ladies were going to fall out!! I got NO discount, NO remorse, but i got married : ) SO life isn't horrible : ) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL OR EVER!!!!!!

This place is not even a 1 star. Extremely rude and unfriendly. Had no sense of customer service. My tuxedo was stained in two places and I received no compensation or even sympathy. This place relies on the bride and groom to tell the bridal party the tuxedos are ready... seriously?? We live in the 21st century, ever heard of an email? or a phone call or a text? Absolutely horrendous. Pay the extra money and go with men's warehouse.
