Paul and Alex are the shit. We were looking for an MC that wasn't your typical Asian wedding banquet type and found PK. After watching some of his videos and dying from laughter we knew we found the one. Im writing this review 2 days after pre wedding and we still can't stop talking about how well it went. We we're so happy how everything turned out. It was the greatest shit show we ever seen and I'm talking about the dance competition! I was dying watching it back after. And PK kept everything under control and running on point. His DJ Alex was able to play songs I selected and a slideshow I made that was impeccable. We had no issues whatsoever and I was hella nervous it would have a hiccup. Our guests loved our wedding and had a blast. They were all drunk and having fun vibing with the music. I saw people singing along during dinner and the dance floor was not empty. I had to scratch my same day edit video because everyone was dancing and I didn't want to stop the fun. Thanks again for a great time!

A question my wife and I asked all our guests after the wedding: “Did you have fun?”

Here is the response we got literally every single time we asked that: “Yes we had so much fun! Also, your MC was hilarious, we were laughing the entire time!”

Mind you we had an open bar and really good food, with Chic-fil-a at the end of the wedding. Yet, Paul Kim is who created the memories for us and our guests. That is what we wanted. An MC who would light up the room with energy and laughter. We got that in spades having PK MC our wedding.

For us, he was perfect: He’s a Korean who use to live in Glendale. I’m an Armenian man who married a Korean woman who now live in Glendale He got the kids involved in the wedding festivities and kept all the adults engaged and laughing with games and jokes. With that, he was able to bring the to sides of the family and the two cultures together and celebrate in one big party.

He made our wedding memorable. Thank you PK.

I give PK and DJ Jacob an A+ for making our wedding amaZHANG! PK is simply THE BEST! About ten years ago, I attended a friend's wedding and PK was the MC who made me (and EVERYONE) laugh all night long. I told myself that in the future, I'm going to have PK MC my wedding because he not only made the bride and groom happy, he made sure the entire room was having a blast. I was determined to have PK at our wedding...I even switched our day so it could fit his availability :). I wanted to make sure that all the guests would enjoy their time at the wedding and that the money we were spending for the DJ/MC service were put into good use. Because of his TALENT and VERY FRIENDLY prices, he is very busy! GREAT DEAL and MUST HAVE for a Korean American Wedding!
Make sure you book him ahead and communicate everything clearly. PK is one of the most busy professionals in the wedding industry!
He works together with DJ and assistants , and he can provide additional lighting, projector/screen and all necessary Audio equipment for any wedding.
We hired PK as soon as we booked the venue and knew the date.
I requested a lot of custom songs (not from typical song database) and DJ had to prepare most of them, converting and cutting them from video files.
PK handled so well the emergency that happened at the beginning of Reception. In several minutes everything went back to normal. The whole atmosphere was incredible! Korean Jokes were a great deal for older generation. The videos through projector on screen looked better than I expected and sound was just right!
Dance contest was the funniest! After that everybody was dancing at the dancing floor, including kids, youngsters, adults and elders !
PK and his team stayed for about 9hours!
The price for their package is a joke considering the amount of work they did..

I used Prokreation for my wedding in March 2015. PK was my MC, and he also brought a DJ with him. From the very beginning, PK was very professional and polite. During our early wedding planning stages, he was eager to answer our questions and assist us in any way possible. He's been in the wedding business for a long time, so he really knows his stuff. He's got a strange gift of keep neurotic brides calm and happy. Let's call him "the bride whisperer" LOL. Shortly before the wedding, he went out of his way to check out my venue, and to play with the A/V equipment to ensure that wedding day would be seamless, I didn't even ask him to do that. Its a true sign of how dedicated he is to please his clients. On wedding day, we had a few hiccups with the wedding schedule (not his fault), but he was able to adapt quickly and keep the wedding moving. He opened with some comedy, which had the whole audience roaring in laughter. He really knows how to loosen up a crowd. Its REALLY important to have a good MC, because the MC will set the tone for your whole wedding. Orginally, I wanted to go with someone cheaper, but my hubby convinced me to go with PK (my hubby previously attended a wedding that PK did). I'm glad we picked PK, because he truly made my wedding fun and memorable for everyone. Book him ASAP, because he's really hot in demand!

I am SO glad that Prokreation Productions was a part of our special day. They are such nice, funny, professional people and they genuinely care about your big day!! You can tell PK is a natural performer, he is able to easily "go with the flow". First, after booking Prokreation Productions, we met with him to go over the details. For example, I know for sure we wanted to play some games to keep the reception fun. PK had a TON of suggestions and ideas and just talking about them pumped us up. We also went through what we had wanted for our first dance (my husband had a specific transition in mind) and he was more than happy to work through it with us. My husband also had a specific song in mind for the mothers entrance, one that you can only find on YouTube, and PK said it was not a problem! We used Prokreation for my ceremony and reception (outdoor ceremony and indoor reception). They came early to setup and worked with my coordinator. Sound was great and all the cues were on point. PK is an AWESOME MC as Jacob is an AWESOME DJ. There was never a dull moment during our wedding. We had many first generation church-going Koreans attending and I was worried that they wouldn't have as much fun as some of our younger guests, but PK catered to them just as much. He managed to pump up the entire room and it set the tone of our reception from beginning to end. Everyone was laughing and having a good time. Jacob was an awesome DJ and they have pretty much EVERY song you can think of. Towards the end of the night, my guests wanted to hear some old school Korean pop songs and Jacob pulled them up with no hesitation. (we're talking H.O.T., DJ DOC, etc.). The song transitions were also very smoooooooooth. All in all, I would definitely recommend Prokreation Productions for ANY event you're having. If you want your guests to have a good time, you NEED an MC like PK.

PK and Prokreation Productions were indispensible to our successful wedding day at the Nixon Library as our MC and DJ team. We had 300 guests to keep entertained and we could rest easy knowing that PK got us covered. PK is an entertainer AND a professional. This combination is hard to find and we benefited from knowing several people who personally recommended PK to us. Because PK is also a long-time stand-up comedian, he not only knows how to improvise, he is hilarious. He makes sure that his team is ready to go and knows what they are doing. I helped my husband's cousin plan his wedding, as his bride was still living in Korea up until one month prior to the wedding. Unfortunately, because she was in Korea for most of the planning, getting the correct information to the DJ (proper Korean names, etc.) was very difficult. We were very unorganized, not knowing for sure who would even say the prayer (which depended on which family member was the oldest and the highest ranking in the church that would actually attend the reception). As well, the music choices were pretty much last minute.

Andrew Hur (one of PK's associates) was our DJ, since PK was out of the country on the date of the wedding. He did an amazing job with what little information was given to him at the last minute, basically. He was able to keep the entire 6 hour reception in order, without any of the guests knowing what a chaotic mess we handed to him. He read the crowd perfectly (95% Korean) and everyone had a great time! As you may know, a lot of Korean wedding receptions do not last as long as one would like because the guests become disinterested after they are finished with their dinner. Andy and his team kept the party going the entire time!

I cannot thank them enough for their help and their patience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!

PK is one of the reasons why our guests had so much fun at our wedding. How do I know? I've been approached by many of our guests, Asian and non-Asian alike, asking me "Where did you find your MC?! He's f***ing hilarious!!!"

He had everything set up because he arrived early to make sure everything was working. He had homework for my husband and I to do so that he could be prepared for our wedding.

He responded well to my frantic, last minute emails and worked it into the wedding. I literally sent him stuff at 1:30 a.m. the day of my wedding. ^____^

He entertained our guests, he made up a few songs, he even did one of my favorite PK comedy skits.

He is a true professional and ran our wedding just the way I had only imagined it could be. There were no awkward moments. He kept everyone laughing and now a bunch of them want me to take them to see him when he performs.

If you want your guests to laugh, have a good time and enjoy your special night, you should consider Paul and his DJ. My guests told me they had so much fun dancing the night away and how much their feet hated them the following days. That's right. You heard me. My feet still hurt. I've been married for 4 days now.
