Tips and Advice

Tips.  Know your videographer's background.  Today anybody can have a great website and say wonderful things, but is it true?    Visit the studio.  A legal videographer will have his license and permits posted.  Is this his studio or a rented conference room.   If he wants to meet you at Starbucks or someplace else this will raise a red flag that he does not have his own place.    Does it sound too good to be true, then it probably is.  Is he certified.  Our business is certified by WEVA (Wedding and Event Videographers) and 4EverGroup.  Is he insured?      Check the ratings on the Better Business Bureau.  Just being rated is not enough is their complaints?   Trust your gut feeling, if he is offering you the world and seems pushy, be aware.    Good Luck.
