What is a Candy Buffet?
It is one of the latest trends in today’s weddings; a self-serve candy buffet which adds fun and color to your wedding reception.
A wedding candy buffet is a great do-it-yourself favor that your guests will not soon forget.  It makes your guests literally feel like a kid in a candy store when they join in the celebration of your wedding.

How Much Candy Should I Buy?
Plan by how you want the display to look.  Having enough candy is crucial in making your candy buffet look good.  The more the merrier holds true in a wedding candy buffet. Something this cool demands a presence and having plenty of candy will ensure your candy buffet display looks sweet.

How Do I Make My Candy Selections?
When making your candy selections, consider several things – your wedding colors, your theme, and your candy favorites.  We can start you off by looking at our standard candy list.  Don’t limit your buffet to just candies ... snacks and baked goods are also great items to put on your buffet!  We also offer more than candies and snacks, contact us for other unique ideas!

What is ’Small Bites’?
Small Bites offers a variety of homemade confections ... YES, HOMEMADE, BAKED IN OUR OVENS!  Meringues, french macaroons, langues de chat, fudge, brownies, cookies, and many more yummy confections or desserts to feature on your buffet ... all bite sized, hence the name ’Small Bites’!

When Should I Book?
As soon as you decide you want a candy buffet!  We commit to booking only two events per day (lunch/dinner reception) and if your date is taken, it will be no longer available.  We require a nominal deposit to hold your date and retain our services.  Contact us to get started!

What Services Do You Provide?
We are a full service company that will help plan and design your buffet; we offer an attendant to set-up, refill, and clean-up; keeper and scooper rentals, personalized bags and labels or twist ties to seal your bags; and pricing and purchasing of your sweet selections.  We charge a per person cost, which includes the cost* of your selections and we make sure we find the BEST prices in bulk and/or retail for the items you select!   *Cost varies and we can provide you with a quote if you want an item or items that are not on the standard sweet list.

We also offer a la carte services ... for example, if you decide to a DIY buffet and just need an attendant or rent our keepers, we offer that too!  Pay for the services you only need!
