These days we only offer digital photography.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We are in close relationships with many photographers on the island and we always help each other out.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We use state of the art Nikon equipment. I always carry two cameras with different lenses, flashes, reflectors and additional specialty lenses.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We certainly have backup cameras, lenses and flashes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Hourly
Do you charge for travel?
We charge for air fare, rental car and hotel (if overnight stay is required)
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Within 2-4 weeks
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are theirs to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but the couple can make reprints for their personal purposes off of the provided DVD and use them for online postings etc.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, each package includes all images taken digitally enhanced and print ready in high resolution on DVD.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, a password protected online proofing gallery is included with each package.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer albums by Queensberry, Graphistudio, and Asukabook.
When will the client get the final album?
After the couple's approval of the layout the album will be delivered within 5-8 weeks.
