Steve went above and beyond to insure that we and our guest had a good time. He recognized when there were some opportunities concerning other parts of the reception, and made it a point to take the focus off of those issue and direct all attention to my wife and I. He helped us to stay on plan and even stayed late while the clean up crew was wrapping up. Steve, I can't thank you enough for the services that you and your wife provided. When I arrived at my reception, I wanted to leave. Due to the disaster of my cake falling, not to mention it stormed almost all day. Steve came to us and said that we were going to have a good time. I was uneasy and gave him a look that said 'No'. He responded with a big smile "We are going to have a good time because I said so". And that is exactly what we did!
