I met the crew of Live Events at the 2022 Metropolitan Weddings Bridal Expo. They were super nice, informative, and easy to sign up with. I put a small down payment on a DJ for 5 hours. Later, we decided to hire Live Events for an officiant, pair of cold sparklers and photo booth. It was so easy to get ahold of someone for anything we needed. Adding or changing services, questions, requests. Rachel was the person I contacted the most and she was really helpful. Closer to the day of, I started receiving phone calls from Live Events which was really comforting. Lots of communication makes me feel more comfortable about trusting others with such an important event. I had phone calls about the music that was going to be played, about the ceremony service, and about the photo booth. They gave me ample opportunity to let them know what I was hoping to gain and answer any questions I had. I bought a photobook for our guest book and the person running the photobooth even agreed to print an extra copy of every photo taken and keep it for the book for me, and try to instruct guests to write something in it. She did a FABULOUS JOB! I spoke with Dennis over the phone a couple of times, to talk about details of the rehearsal and the wedding. He asked a little bit about us, what we were expecting of him, is it ok to include a little humor, and even worked with me on changing the ceremony to include hand fasting at the last minute.
Rehearsal day! Dennis was punctual and already chatting with my coordinator. I knew we were in the good hands. Right off the bat he was charming, easy to work with and… HILARIOUS. He helped make things so smooth, comfortable and relaxing. We were dying laughing a good portion of the time, but he still maintained composure to do the job he came to do which was to help guide several people who had never done this before.
Wedding day!! Live Events showed up on time and ready to rock n roll. It was incredible. They asked a few questions, had some cool ideas, even worked with my coordinator on a cute idea she had and pulled it off magnificently. After a small chat and ideas were ran by me, they got right to work. I met DJ Lily, DJ Lyric, and Jenna (who had been one of the previous phone calls) who ran the cold sparklers and photo booth. DJ Lily was a FIRECRACKER! On my form they requested I filled out, there is a section where you choose the vibe youre going for. I chose “High Energy” and my God, was she the right person for the job. She is so much fun! She kept a hard crowd going, she got out and danced with us, and checked in with me, the bride (probably the groom too but he doesn’t remember much). She absolutely ran that party.
Come ceremony time, Dennis did a beautiful job. I requested something semi-short, nothing that felt like church service and he did exactly that. He personalized his readings for us in a beautiful way. It was elegant, meaningful, and just a small touch of funny which we wanted, fits us.
The photo booth, WAS POPPIN! I wasn’t sure how it would go, I really wanted to give it a try though. Best choice I’ve ever made. They made it so easy and fun. There was lines of people for it almost constantly. They bring props to choose from, Jenna would angle to camera depending on the height of the people, and 3..2..1.. you’ve got a funny or beautiful photo to take home with you. The kids especially loved it. I have photos of people I didn’t even think I’d get any with. If you’re thinking about it, do it.
I put one of the most important days of my life in the hands of Live Events and I have 0 regrets. I promise they will take good care of you and your day.

If you are looking for a vendor who will be fun to work with, has a variety of services, and will take care of you like you are freaking ROYALTY, then Live Events is the one for you when you say "I do" ! We worked with them for DJ/sound services, photobooth, and yard games for our wedding and could not be happier with their attention to detail and care about our day! Jenna Knox and her team made every point to ensure we got everything we wanted and they were fantastic to work with. The option to have so many things covered by one vendor was SUCH a relief and made our planning so much easier. My favorite thing was the music planning; we got a link to fill out all our wants, and this process also helped us solidify some of our plans for the day of! We also got to personalize our photobooth printouts, so it matched the vibe of the day. Literally the perfect vendor for us - cannot recommend enough!

Spark provided the best communication I've ever seen from a vendor. The quality of their work and value was truly the best I've ever seen from an events group. DJ Lily is so amazing it blows my mind - she kept the dance floor packed all night long and read the crowd perfectly. Additionally, the photo booth was a huge hit with our guests and the photos they captured are priceless. I can't suggest live events more, and I can't stress that enough. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special.
