We had stopped by at least a dozen photographers’ booths at a wedding expo we attended as we began planning our wedding, but we knew the moment we saw Stephen’s photo displays that he was the one we wanted to chronicle our big day.

And he was the very first vendor we hired. Because we knew that, more than any other, his work would be the one we would enjoy over the decades ahead. To us, our choice of photographer was THE most important choice of all, second only to the officiant.

Not only is Stephen’s eye among the very sharpest in the business, he’s also easy to work with. Neither of us had ever had professional shots taken, so we weren’t sure what to expect — but we instantly felt at ease with him from the very start. His professionalism, creative instincts, friendly demeanor and dedication to “a job well done” all combine for the very best experience we could have hoped for from our wedding photographer. While we don’t expect ever to need another, we will absolutely be calling on him again in the future whenever we need another event to be captured by photo -- through his eyes, as only he can do.

We had Stephen do an engagement session as well as our wedding, and he was great to work with. For our engagement session, Stephen spent several hours with us In Glen Echo Park taking pictures for our engagement session. Since we disn't really have any nice pictures of ourselves, it was an opportunity to get some. In shooting our wedding, Stephen was amazing. We managed to fit in a portrait session with our parents in the short time we had before our wedding, and we managed to get other family pictures done in a shirt period of time as well. Our engagement photos were gorgeous, and we expect that our wedding pictures will also be awesome.

Steve is an amazing photographer. His photos are now proudly displayed in our home and will be a treasured remembrance our our wedding day. Steve's experience putting together grouping and doing detail shots allowed us to sit back and enjoy.
