Bride must provide music for the ceremony and reception. She may choose a vendor or vendors of her choice.

We only hold one wedding at a time at our facility. Thus, the entire property, clubhouse and patio/patio lawn are available to guests the entire evening.

Our liquor license does not allow us to bring in liquor from the bride or guests.

General Banquet Information
 
Starfire Golf Club specializes in wedding celebrations of up to 250 guests.

Menu Selection
The menus listed are our most popular items. Our experienced chefs would be pleased to design a personalized menu to fit any special theme or style, as well as special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free).
 
Deposits
A $750 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the space on a definite basis. An additional deposit will be due 90 days prior to the wedding date. The final estimated balance is due 5 days in advance with the guaranteed number of guests. Any function exceeding the five hour reception timeframe will be charged $250.00++ for every extra hour.
 
Guarantees
The guarantee refers to the number of guests expected to be in attendance at the event. This guarantee is required 5 days prior to your event and is not subject to reduction. If the guarantee is not given at this time, Starfire reserves the right to use the number indicated on the original signed contract as your guarantee. You will be charged for the guarantee or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater. Starfire will be prepared to serve 5% over your guarantee number.
 
Service and Tax
A 7.95% Scottsdale sales tax and a 22% service charge will be added to all prices.
 
Food
All food items must be supplied and prepared by Starfire. The event sponsor or their guests may bring no food or beverages onto the property. The event sponsor also cannot remove food from the premises due to health and license restrictions. The only exception to this rule is the Wedding Cake which can be provided by an outside vendor. Due to uncertain market conditions, all prices are subject to change. Please keep in mind, final prices cannot be guaranteed more than six months prior to your function date. Menu prices are effective through 12/31/2008.
 
 
 
Beverage
In accordance with Arizona Liquor Laws, no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto Starfire property by the event sponsor or their guests for sale or distribution. Starfire
Golf Club at Scottsdale Country Club is the only licensee authorized to sell, serve or furnish liquor, beer and wine on these premises. This establishment strictly adheres to Arizona State Laws regarding liquor service and reserves the right to serve beverages with discretion.
 
 
Storage
The storage of event materials prior to the event is subject to available space and is accessible no more than 48 hours prior to the date of the event. Rental equipment must be delivered and picked up on the day of the event. If this is not possible, a storage fee for equipment left overnight will incur a storage fee. Starfire is not responsible for materials left on property after the completion of the event.
 
Banquet Chairs
Starfire owns 155 banquet chairs and 100 white wedding chairs. Use of these chairs is complementary. Any additional chairs that are needed will incur a rental fee of $8 per chair.
 
Linen
Lap length white linen and napkins are complimentary with the reception package. Additional colors are available for a charge of $15 per table (8-10 settings). Specialty linens (organza, runners, floor length, etc.) can also be rented, prices vary.
 
Centerpieces
Starfire includes the use of white votives candles and mirror tiles in the reception package. Specialty centerpieces are available for a rental fee. Wedding favors, place cards and additional decorations are the responsibility of the guest to place and remove at the conclusion of the event.
