The St. Pete Beach Community Center is an 8.1 million dollar facility located directly on Boca Ciega Drive. The Boca Ciega ballroom has a wall of windows overlooking the bay while the scenic, flower-lined courtyard leads right up to the sea wall.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
The venue is available in time blocks -- 4, 6, 8, or 10+ hours.
Do you offer any special services?
Set-up and tear-down of all chairs and tables, as well as a cleaning crew, is included in all rates.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
The whole facility can be rented for ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner to follow.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Chairs and tables.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
All items will be rented and brought in.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
There is one staff member on site during rentals.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Brides can use whichever vendors they choose.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
There is no additional fee and any musician or DJ can be used.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Rental Rates include the use of the Boca Ciega Ballroom, Raymund Room, Balcony Room, kitchen, lobby, wrap around patio, all outdoor chairs, indoor chairs and tables, bistro tables and chairs, set-up and breakdown of all chairs and tables, applicable sales taxes, cleaning fee and staffing fee.

No decorations can be attached to the walls. Ceiling decorations may only be hung by a company with professional liability insurance.

Tips and Advice
When working with your caterer, have them come and walk the facility to determine if they can work out of the galley kitchen or if they need to use of one the additional rooms for prepping/food storage/etc.
