About Us

We love working with couples to craft ceremonies that are beautiful and will be fondly remembered in the years to come. We realize you and your relationship are unique. Your ceremony should speak to your hearts and souls in ways that are particular to you. Traditionally, weddings also link the couple with that which is beyond themselves--the spiritual dimension and the family and friends who gather to witness and bless their marriage.

In our ever-changing contemporary world, weddings are not always as simple as in times past. The couple may bring together various religious, ethnic, and family structures. We'll help you honor what's important to you, mindful that will be different for every couple. We are open to blending innovation and tradition in ways you will find meaningful and memorable.

The Rev. Ron Sala has 13 years' experience as a parish minister. He has married scores of couples since 1997, officiating weddings in six states that have ranged from simple to elaborate, traditional to imaginative.

Some of his memorable ceremonies include co-officiating with a Hindu pundit, a Medieval themed wedding, a handfasting, and group-participation weddings. He has also officiated same-gender weddings for couples who have traveled from as far as Texas and Florida.

He has a Master of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary and is an ordained minister in fellowship with the Unitarian Universalist Association.

The Rev. ReBecca Lynn Ames Sala, Ron's wife and colleague, is a hospital chaplain who has been ordained since 2005. ReBecca is known for her warmth and caring. She once officiated a wedding on the rim of the Grand Canyon.

She also has a Master of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary and is an ordained minister in fellowship with the Unitarian Universalist Association.

Rev. Ron performed an absolutely beautiful service for our wedding, and we couldn't have been any happier with it. We met with him in the months preceding the wedding so he could get to know us, and we could get to know him. His listened carefully when we spoke, and what we told him was thoughtfully incorporated into his comments during the service. He provided us with several options for the of the service and we chose the parts we liked best. He also allowed us to see in advance was he was preparing to say, so that we could make any minor tweaks to the language. And he was a calm and happy presence at both the rehearsal and the ceremony, directing things without being the least bit officious. We're very grateful to have found him.
