About Us

Nothing is more elegant than simplicity! At our bakery, we employ the simplest things- sweet plugra butter, fresh eggs, unbleached flour, Belgian chocolate, rich cream and all work done by hand- to fashion cakes that bring back memories and from which memories are made.

The tiers are stacked upon each other, in the old-fashioned way, and meticulously decorated. These tiered cakes come in all sizes, from aminiature bijou just big enough for two, to a grand gateau for hundreds!

Brides-to-be and wedding planners are invited to come to the bakery for a tasting session and design consultation. We offer cakes, fillings and frostings in the the varieties listed below. If you have a flavor in mind that you do not see below, we welcome your ideas and will do our best to meet your custom request.
