How We Work
We have 43 Smooch advisers and attend over 750 wedding shows every year. When we visit you, you'll see how our expert craftspeople can combine traditional skills with the latest technology to create truly stunning rings to your unique specifications.

The process
When you make an appointment with Smooch, we visit you at home at a time that is convenient for you, whether this is in the evening or at the weekend. We’ll also confirm the appointment by telephone before our visit.

The visit
A Smooch adviser will present you with a selection of 250 wedding rings available in most precious metals and stone combinations. You can either choose your rings from this collection or design them yourselves.

However you make your selection, we only charge for the width and the metal chosen. All we add is the cost of the diamonds and engraving where applicable (see our price list).

There is no obligation to buy and you are entitled to three bridesmaid gifts for your bridesmaids and a key ring for your best man, even if you don't order from us!

Ordering
When you place your order, we'll ask for a deposit of a third of the total cost, payable by credit card check or cash. We also offer an easy layaway. Delivery of your rings then takes just four to six weeks, but this can be extended if required. We also offer a paying off facility.

Delivery and guarantees
You can pay the balance over any period required but full payment must be received before we dispatch the rings to you. Once this is paid, we'll send your wedding rings by U.S. Postal Express Mail. They will be fully insured and guaranteed to be delivered the next day.

Our rings are guaranteed for life and we enclose a re-sizing card with your rings. Re-sizing is free of charge, excluding postage. We will add $20.00 for postage and handling.
