Their full-service option includes up to 60 hours of coverage and can manage everything from the first consultation to the last dance of the evening. In addition to this, couples will also receive unlimited consultations, a wedding day emergency kit, setup, breakdown, day-of coordination, vendor referrals, and more. This business offers further connections for tuxedo rentals, as well as invitation printing.

Deb Erb is founder and President of Simply Events Inc., an event planning company working with clients wanting to plan well-coordinated and managed Corporate, Social and Wedding events within Central PA and beyond. She has a Human Resource background with years of experience planning company meetings and employee trainings and events. Additionally, Deb has worked with volunteer teams in both nonprofit and church organizations planning and managing events for 700 plus people and has experience planning, organizing and managing Class Reunions, Proms, Fundraising Events, Anniversary and Birthday Parties, as well as Baby and Bridal Showers. She has over 30 years of event planning experience.
The start of Simply Events Inc. began in January 2010, when Deb incorporated the business and began networking in the wedding and event industry. Her first official event was held in September of 2011 and in 2019, Deb and her team led and managed over 100 events. The Simply Events team is encouraged by Deb, to regularly look for new and innovative ways to serve clients better and stand out as a leader in the event planning industry. In June 2018, Simply Events received a contract with Rock Lititz, LLC in Lititz, PA to manage all event rentals happening within the Rock Lititz Pod 2 building and Hotel Rock Lititz on campus, and offers event planning and event management services. They are proud to be a tenant in the Rock Lititz community.
Deb’s Servant-leadership style has given her opportunities to both lead and learn alongside great leaders in the Lancaster County community and beyond, helping her business grow over the past 10 years. She seeks excellence in her team and coaches them to use their passions to serve others well.
Tori is one of our wonderful Lead Wedding Coordinators and you better believe she ROCKS it! With her enthusiastic attitude and genuine consideration for others, her presence lights up a room when she walks in. Tori has been in the hospitality industry for over 16 years and has been apart of the Simply Events team for over 3 years. She is a vital piece of who we are and what we do and we’re so thankful for all she brings to our team!
