    5/24/25 wedding

    Lizz was so so great to work with as my day/month of coordinator! As a type A bride that was planning and envisioning this day for 2.5 years, I’ll admit I was nervous to handoff the role of being in constant contact and involved with my vendors the month of. Lizz took on my craziness and detailed mindset so well and put me to such an ease seeing how she had everything under control and running smoothly. I couldn’t appreciate the work and effort her and her assistant coordinator did for us day of to make sure everything went and looked the way we wanted it! Highly recommend!

    An absolute must have no matter if you want a low key wedding or to pull out all the stops

    I can’t say enough about how much I loved having Judy as my coordinator for my wedding day. As soon as I booked her I immediately felt more at ease as she was informative, knowledgeable, and professional! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and Judy was there from start to finish. I learned throughout the night and the next day all of the little hiccups during the day that I knew NOTHING about as Judy took care of it all. I would have never known anything wasn’t going perfectly according to plan. Even my now husband was glad to have her because he was able to focus on the day and if his groomsmen had any questions, he could say ‘go ask Judy’ and she would have the answer. My family was impressed with her skills as well! I was pleased with every single interaction I had with Judy and the Simply Events staff. I don’t think my wedding would have been quite as perfect and stress free her there. Absolutely worth every penny to have such a calming, commanding, joyous, pleasant, experienced, person helping make sure our day went off without a hitch. Other than getting hitched. Thank you so much!

    A true professional

    Kayla Resh was AMAZING as our day-of planner! Don't let the job title mislead you --- her work began nearly a year in advance, and she was there with us through the whole long process leading up to our wedding day. Checking in with us. Asking all the questions we never thought to ask. Guiding us in the right direction. And then, on our big day, making sure that everything went as planned. She's detail-oriented, experienced, she knew our venue, the other vendors, and she took charge so that we didn't have to. The result: On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and we had an unforgettable ceremony and reception.

    Would recommend Kayla!

    Simply Events was the preferred coordinator for our venue (The Star Barn), so without looking further, we selected them for their Day-of-Coordinator services. More specifically we worked with Kayla Resh, and would HIGHLY recommend Kayla for any Star Barn wedding. We only worked with Kayla for one month prior to the wedding date, and she truly was a pleasure to work with. She fully understood our vision and wedding day needs in such a short amount of time. She had many great suggestions for our timeline and flow of events based on her experience at the venue, which answered and eased our questions and concerns. I had full trust in Kayla on our wedding day and she handled everything so seamlessly - I didn't have to think about a single thing.

    Overall, we were extremely pleased to work with Kayla from Simply Events, and would recommend her services to others!

    Simply amazing!

    We hired simply events for day of coordination. Carolyn was our coordinator, she was awesome! So friendly, so responsive and so helpful! She really made everything run so smoothly for us! From our final walk through, to rehearsal and to the day of our wedding she was on it! I know she worked tirelessly to make sure everything was the way we had envisioned! I couldn’t be happier! If there were any hiccups I was not aware because she had it handled! I was truly able to enjoy the day which is so incredible and I’m forever grateful to her! Thank you Carolyn and simply events you are true professionals and do amazing work!

    The Dream Team

    Simply Events is the best! Ask for Judy Deemer!!!!!!! She kept me on track with everything during the planning of my wedding and went above and beyond to take care of whatever she could for me. I cannot imagine what I would have done without her. My wedding day was perfect and I felt so confident in the Simply Events team. I knew they could handle anything that happened on my wedding day and that allowed me to be fully present and just enjoy the day. Using this team will be the best decision you make!

    Essential part of our wedding!

    My husband and I got married in Manheim, PA last weekend and worked with Kayla at Simply Events for the entire year leading up to it. Kayla was always quick to respond, offer advice, and creatively problem solve. She never hesitated to advocate for us whenever there was a issue with a vendor, and was incredibly professional. I’m a super type A person, but the day of my wedding I was able to fully relax , let go , and enjoy knowing that Kayla had things covered. The entire day went off without a hitch because of her assistance and leadership. I can’t imagine the last year , and especially the day of our wedding without her. I highly recommend her and Simply Events for any bride ! Thank you, Kayla!

    Liz Thomas was our day of wedding coordinator. From our first phone call to final walkthrough the rehearsal and wedding day Liz was amazing.     Absolutely fantastic in every way!!

    We cannot say enough good things about Simply Events!! From our very first call, we knew they were the perfect fit for us. We had an Indian/American fusion wedding with a lot of moving pieces and almost 400 guests, but the day truly could not have gone more smoothly. Kayla was our main coordinator and she was a lifesaver in every way possible! We had regular check-ins with her to make sure we weren't missing anything and any time we had a question, Kayla was always so responsive and helpful. There were several times throughout planning where she proactively offered to help with something or suggested ways to take things off our plate and it made such a difference. Weekend of, Kayla made sure all our vendors were coordinated, checked in on us frequently, and orchestrated everything without any hiccups. It's hard for a wedding of this size and detail to go off so perfectly, but Kayla and Simply Events made it happen!

    Simply Events is the best!!

    We hired Simply Events as our Day of Coordinator and It was definitely one of the best choices we ever made for our wedding! We first met with Judy who was so kind and did a wonderful job at explaining everything to us and filling us in on all different options Simply has to offer. After we booked with Simply we then got paired with our Day of Coordinator Sara. Sara has been absolutely AMAZING and we are so beyond thankful and blessed that she was our coordinator. From saving the day when we almost didn't have plates to picking up food, setting up decor, making sure everything is running smoothly/on time and everything else in between. We can't say enough good things about Sara and I couldn't imagine my wedding without her. ❤️

    Simply events = wonderful.

    We had a phenomenal experience with Simply Events for our wedding on 5/5/23! Our day-of planner and coordinator, Dave Burge, went ABOVE and BEYOND to do absolutely anything and everything in his power to make our day run smoothly. Dave’s responsiveness, communication, organization, flexibility, attention to detail, professionalism, and positivity are just some of the things that make Dave so good at what he does. I was a nervous bride, but every time I was in Dave’s presence that day I felt calmer and because of this I was able to stay in the moment and enjoy myself. Our wedding was so beautiful, everyone had a wonderful time, and I will never forget everything Simply Events did to help make it happen.

    Simply Events is Simply.. The BEST!!

    If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would! If you are looking for a company to help plan your event whether that is a wedding or a corporate event, stop looking and book Simply Events. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Deb, Judy, and Heather for our wedding day on 09/09/2022. We chose the day of package with Simply Events but I must say Deb and her team provided so much more than that. When I originally was looking for a Day of Coordinator, I wanted to work with someone that truly cared about our vision for our wedding and everything that goes into one of the most important days of your life. Deb right away made me feel heard, and showed genuine excitement for us and our day. After interviewing with many event companies, we knew Simply Events hands down was the company we wanted to work with (and we are SO glad we did). Leading up to our wedding and on the day of, Deb and her team were always right by our side, going above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Simply Events.

    Incredible Experience!!!

    WOW! I can't give enough compliments about this company I hired for the day-of-coordination. It was a necessity for my wedding and Tori exceeded my expectations. She handled everything perfectly, communicated seamlessly and she just made all the details look perfect. I was in the loop, yet not stressed about anything! She made sure to never worry me and she always had everything under control. Tori is super personable and just the ideal person you want helping you out on your wedding day. I truly don't know what I would have done without her that day. I can assure you my wedding wouldn't have been the dream wedding I had without her. If you're on the fence about hiring this company, just do it!!! I promise you won't regret it!

    Amazing Team

    I am so happy we hired Simply Events for our wedding! We got to actually ENJOY our wedding day! Honestly, I do not know if there even were any issues the day of because Amanda, our coordinator, and her team took care of everything. Everything was set up beautifully! And then to come off the dance floor at the end of the night to have all the decor packed and in a car ready to go was amazing! That to me was worth every penny. They helped me think through so many details that you don’t initially think of, and that helps you save time the day of! We were kept on track with our day and got everything done we wanted! IT WAS SO WORTH IT!

    Absolutely recommend this caterer!!

    I can’t say enough good things about Festive Board Catering. Hire them now!!! We had a 300 person wedding at a private, outdoor venue and they impressed us start to finish. They were available to help us with planning, offered suggestions throughout, and had a detailed meeting beforehand to make sure everything would go accordingly to plan. On the day of, they were all so friendly and prepared. They handled set up, helped decorate, provided everything that they said they would and the food was DELICIOUS! All of our guests would not stop complimenting the organization, staff, and food. We were worried about having a large wedding with so many moving parts but Festive Board made it look easy. We would highly recommend them.

    You DO need a day-of coordinator, & you’re lucky if Tori is it

    We hired this company for day-of coordination and we’re assigned Tori. Second to our band (Central City Orchestra) this was the best wedding decision we made in the two years (pandemic) we were planning for the big day. As a bride I didn’t think I’d need a day-of coordinator because I’d been so meticulous and overly communicative. For context, I was a pandemic bride planning a wedding from a different state and for ~200 guests from all walks of life… and I had a background in international corporate event planning. I was wrong. I needed a day-of coordinator. Tori was nothing short of a life saver. Not just “stand here, walk there, be here at this time” coordination… really understanding who we are (in a short time) and adapting to all the changing needs of the wedding weekend. We truly felt like Tori cared not just about things running smoothly, but in our happiness. And that’s not easy to come by. She was so efficient, so calm, and so fun to be around. As a bride that cared a lot (probably too much) about guests and their experience from start (hotel check in) to finish (after party), I was so very appreciative of Tori taking control of details I wasn’t even aware of. And I really thought I had it all covered! There was one semi-major snafu during my reception that directly involved my photographer, live band, and mother of the bride (aka tensions were high) and Tori handled it exactly as you need as a bride: with the perfect amount of efficiency, clear communication, important (expert) feedback, and willingness to do anything to make you happy. Plus, she made my husband (who doesn’t trust vendors easily and doesn’t like fluff) feel confident, at ease, and very grateful we spent the ‘last minute’ money to hire a day-of coordinator. Thank you, Tori! We feel very grateful that you had a hand in making our day feel perfect for us.

    A life saver!

    Tori was assigned to us as our day of coordinator and I could not be happier with the service we received. Tori was the nicest person ever and you can tell she is very good at what she does. It was a HUGE relief to know that I wouldn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding. The few things that did go awry, Tori handled exceptionally and we are truly grateful for that.     Simply Amazing!

    We hired Tori as our day-of coordinator, and I cannot overstate what a huge help she was on our big day. She really helped us stay organized, and was invaluable when weather challenges called for some quick decision changes. Whether it was helping to fill vases and decorate tables or coordinating an unforgettable first look, Tori was always checking in and making sure that our day was going just the way we dreamed. It was such a burden off of our shoulders to have her help for anything we needed. She was so friendly and helpful, and I am so thankful we had her on our team.

    Your day will be dreamy

    If you’re bride who's questioning whether you need a day of coordinator just stop hesitating right now and hire Simply Events! With our everchanging plans due to Covid I wanted to give up on being a bride but Jordyn provided us support every step of the way and eased all my worries. From taking the time to get to know us & our vision to planning our big city wedding to our backyard micro wedding she is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, friendly & was just so on top of every single little detail. I can’t tell you how many vendors reached out to me to comment on how appreciative they were of her professional communication especially during the final weeks leading up to our big day. Our wedding had multiple moving parts, and it ended up being perfect thanks to her accommodations. She was there to make sure it went smoothly, and came through with many last minute things I had forgotten. I still wonder how she managed to pull some things off! Truly a wonderful person to work with from start to finish and I highly recommend her! P.S. Simply Events is totally reasonably priced for EVERYTHING they offer!

    Made my wedding run so smoothly

    Amy did a wonderful job with coordinating the day of my wedding. She was on top of everything during the planning process, the rehearsal, and the day of the wedding. Not having to worry about every detail the day of my wedding was a huge weight off my shoulders!

    Deb and her team made our day seamless!

    We had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Deb and her team! To be quite honest, I was not sure why our venue was requiring that we add a planner, and was concerned it would be wasted money since I am very type A and consider myself fairly organized. I assumed I could handle it myself. Well let me tell you how deeply wrong I was, and how 100% right our venue was to have us add Simply Events. Wow did they prove me wrong. Deb was hired to be our day-of coordinator, but she was much more than that to me. Weeks prior to the wedding she came to the final walk through with me at the venue and was an absolute joy. I could tell she was taking thorough notes and felt no worries in the world. For the next several weeks leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly responsive and always had an answer for me. She handled everything that I threw at her, and did it with grace and a big smile. She took away so much of my stress leading up to the day, including confirming all details with all of my vendors for me and making sure she had each and every detail straight. The day before the wedding she not only came to the rehearsal, but partially lead the rehearsal for me, making sure every person involved in the ceremony knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. She even offered to keep an array of items in her car overnight for me to bring with her to the venue since I could not drop them off at the venue early (and also picked up food for the bridal party on her way to the venue!). Day of, there were so many last minute things that came up that I certainly didn't anticipate, but that I also didn't even hear. She kept me in a beautiful blissful bubble, and put out every fire without my even knowing. No one in the bridal party was wanting for anything the entire day, and every detail was perfect. At the end of cocktail hour I had red wine spilled on the back of my dress, and she was there in seconds pulling me into a back room and applying cleaning solutions to it that she keeps in her emergency kit. It was simply unbelievable how seamless Deb and her team made that day, and I could not be more grateful. You will NOT regret booking Simply Events!

    I did all the planning myself, but having Nicole and her associate there for the rehearsal and the whole day made everything run so much smoother. I didn't have to worry about a single thing and it was such an amazing day that I will never forget!

    Best Day of Coordinator: Nicole!

    We don't have enough nice words to use for Nicole. She was our day of coordinator and she was amazing. A lot of friends have gotten married recently and their coordinators were rude and pushy. That is complete opposite of Nicole. She is kind, knowledgeable, professional and really cares that your day is perfect. She goes above and beyond and your day will be better than you ever expected. We would recommend her to everyone!! Thanks, Nicole. :)

    Kayla @ simply events is amazing

    Kayla & Liz at Simply Events made our wedding day run SO smoothly. *If* there was a problem......I knew nothing about it! Our day was simply magical!!! Kayla was very involved throughout my whole wedding planning (about a year and a half) and she made sure everything was perfect. My husband and I had some unique decorations and she and Liz made sure they were exactly how we wanted them placed! I received many compliments from my other vendors about Kayla and her thoroughness and coordination. I would highly HIGHLY recommend Simply Events!!!!

    Perfect in every way!

    David was beyond perfect for our day-of wedding coordinator. He was so accommodating and helpful. I had no worries about the logistics at all because we knew he would be taking great care of us. The wedding was so smooth thanks to him and Simply Events! I couldn't recommend them more!

    So grateful for Simply Events

    Our day-of coordinator Dave, and his assistant Lizz made our day absolutely stress free and perfect. They took everything out of my hands that day and all I had to do was show up. I don't know if there were any problems at the wedding but that's how I know they both did a great job. They were so patient and on top of everything, and really just an awesome team to work with.     Fantastic, hire them!

    I hired Simply Events for my wedding. I worked with Nicole leading up tp the event, she was very helpful and responsive.I liked her from the moment we spoke on the phone, and I knew it would be a great working relationship from the start!

    Where I couldn't have asked for more was the weekend of, and day of my wedding. Nicole is professional, patient, caring, thoughtful, and was cool, calm, and collected on my day. She kept me informed when necessary, and took control of things that didn't need my attention (thank God, 1 less thing to think about!). She went above and beyond her job description, and really showed that she cared about me as a bride and our day. I appreciated her attention to detail and can-do attitude. My mother commented that Nicole took care of my wedding as if it was her own, and I couldn't agree more! I would recommend Nicole anyday to anyone... and I have!

    So Happy I Chose Simply Events

    It's been nearly 2 months since my wedding, and I'm still so happy I hired Simply Events.

    From my first phone call with Nicole to my wedding day, she was nothing short of wonderful. Her positive attitude and kind demeanor put me at ease instantly, even as the wedding stress started really setting in! She answered every email speedily, and always went above and beyond to help me, even if she didn't immediately have answers for me.

    Nicole kept me on track and asked me all of the right questions. She made sure I considered things well ahead of time that I would have never thought of on my own! Nicole was patient with me as I took my time making up my mind on things, and didn't bat an eye when I changed my mind again. On my wedding day she handled everything with Grace and never let me see her sweat.

    I'd hire Nicole and Simply Events again in a heart beat!

    I went in with incredible anxiety over planning and the details and walked out confident that it will all look beautiful and with a game plan.     We LOVE Amy from Simply Events!!!

    We had the pleasure of working with Amy Thomas as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. Amy was highly reliable when it came to answering any wedding-related questions and providing suggestions for ways to make our special day run as smoothly as possible. Amy and her assistant, Laura, were incredibly organized and detail-oriented, which allowed us to feel very relaxed and confident in the days leading up to our wedding and even during our wedding. From the moment our wedding rehearsal ended, we truly felt like we were “off-duty”. Amy and Laura provided on-the-spot problem solving when needed and kept everyone on-task throughout the day. Everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. At the end of the night, the Simply Events crew even helped our family load all of our gifts and decor into their cars. We highly recommend using Simply Events for wedding coordination and could not be more grateful for their presence on our wedding day.

    Simply Events is Incredible!

    Simply Events was a DREAM to work with. Throughout the whole process, they were swift to communicate, ask questions, and make sure the day was exactly what I was dreaming of. On our day, they made sure EVERYTHING and everyone was in place. Nicole, their coordinator, went above and beyond to troubleshoot problems and work with the vendors. It was not only everything we needed, but they made sure our day was everything WE wanted. They are a cut above the rest for sure! Highly recommend this top quality service.

    Amy made our day great!!

    We couldn't have been happier with how smoothly our wedding went thanks to Amy at Simply Events! She was so professional and very detail oriented, I didn't have to worry about a thing. She had everything planned down to the smallest of details.     Wedding at Rock Ford

    We hired Simply Events as the “Day of” wedding coordinator. The day was perfect. Amy made the day stress free not only for the bride and groom, but the parents as well. She managed everything from pre-planning meetings and the rehearsal to the wedding and reception. Even small details, like making sure the Bride and Groom had samples from all the food stations were taken care of. Well done!

    Simply Events is Simply the Best

    Deb and her team at Simply Events are simply the best. We hired SE for a 'day of' wedding planning service for our daughter's wedding, but they were so much more. Deb met with us months prior to the wedding and had multiple phone calls with us as well. Deb emailed all of our vendors prior to the wedding to verify their arrival and pick up time and confirm service. She went to our final walk through at our venue with us as well as attended the rehearsal. She we so helpful in letting us all know what to do and what to expect the next day. The day of the wedding... let me just say that we couldn't have done it with out her and her staff. Some (but by no where close to all) of the things that she saved us with: the flowers were accidentally delivered to the church so Deb drove to bring them to us, the reception venue was disorganized initially during cocktail hour and she took care of getting it straightened out so we didn't have to, she made sure the reception ran on schedule and that we were all where we needed to be, when we needed to be. That doesn't even come close to all that she did for us. Simply Events was essential for us in order to relax and enjoy the wedding. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of hiring them. They are worth more than every penny you'll spend with them!

    So beyond pleased!!

    I am so thankful that I decided to use Simply Events for my wedding day. Nicole was such an amazing Day of Coordinator, she really made my day so much less stressful and she took care of absolutely anything and everything I could have possibly needed. She was so quick to respond to emails and any questions I may have had. She went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding day was everything I could have ever wanted. Everything they did was exactly how I had pictured it, I can't even begin to explain how blown away I am by their service. I will absolutely recommend them for years to come.

    Deb worked from the rehearsal to the end of the wedding, and my husband and I could relax and enjoy every minute of our daughter's wedding.     We cannot thank Deb and her team (especially Nicole and Kayla) enough for their help in making our wedding day at Drumore Estate in Pequea, PA a huge success. From the moment we hired Deb, she started taking items off of our to-do list and moving them onto hers. She attended our final wedding planning meeting at the venue, coordinated with all of our vendors, provided a lot of helpful advice, helped execute the details of our day flawlessly, and made sure that everything went home with us at the end of the night.     Using Simply Events was the single best decision I made while planning my wedding reception. Deb was spectacular and nothing short of thoughtful, thorough and supportive. My wedding reception was held in a unique venue that was truly not made for weddings (it was an old water filtration building, no longer in use). We had to hire several vendors, bring absolutely everything in, and transform the space entirely. With that said, it was a very involved process, requiring a lot of detail, and I would not have been able to do it, without Deb's help. She took it upon herself to work directly with all of our vendors, coordinated vendor schedules/itineraries for days leading up to the wedding, as well as, the day of the wedding. She was at the venue helping to set up the day before the wedding, the morning of the wedding, throughout the day, and even stayed after we left, to help clean up. She took care of everything to ensure that my husband and I could enjoy our day. Her dedication and hard work blew me away. Throughout the entire process, she comforted me when I needed to be comforted and understood me when I needed to be understood. I can not encourage all brides to use her and her team at Simply Events, enough!!!

    My husband and I worked with Nicole for our wedding at the Excelsior in April 2018 and she and her assistant David were the best! Nicole was a complete professional and she was easy to communciate with through the entire process. Before the wedding day, she worked with me to contact all the vendors and she made sure the timeline was all set. More importantly, she made sure our wedding day ran smoothly and we didn't have to worry about one thing. We are so grateful and thankful for Nicole and we would recommend her and Simply Events one hundred percent!

    There are really not enough kind words to say about Nicole at Simply Events.
    Since our first meeting, at a wedding open house, she put me at ease and I knew I wanted to book with Simply Events. We connected again at our first meeting and hit it off right away.
    Nicole is kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to details.
    She is excellent with communication, always gets back right away, and is so patient with all of a bride’s million questions.
    Nicole took time to attend a venue walk though and was SO attentive to all of the details, suggesting great ideas and doing everything she could to make the plan for the day seamless. She attended our rehearsal dinner and kindly wrangled all of our friends and family into a quick and easy ceremony rehearsal.
    Then on the day of!! Nicole is the FAIRY GODMOTHER of Wedding planners. I did not stress once or worry about anything. She was there throughout the day, working insanely hard to make everything beyond perfect. We were expecting 100% rain for the full week and night before the wedding, but Nicole knew our dream was for an outdoor cocktail hour and ceremony. We had set up for the rain locations the night before but only a few hours before our wedding Nicole coordinated moving EVERYTHING to the outdoor location. The amount of work she quietly and generously did were outstanding. I didn’t raise a finger to clean up after the reception, which in itself was amazing, but it was mostly the feeling of knowing that she was in my corner, wanting only the best and most beautiful for us that put me so at ease. Everyone in my wedding party and family loved her and I consider her a friend.
    If you are getting married, choose Simply Events and the package that is right for you, and Nicole if you can but I am sure all of the planners there are amazing. You will not regret it!

    I had a wonderful experience with Simply Events, specifically Amy and her assistant Dave. Both were extremely professional and responsive. They did a beautiful job of setting up the decor on the day of my wedding, facilitating the event, and not allowing any issues to reach me. I originally had only contracted day-of coordination services due to venue requirements, but am so grateful I did and would highly recommend Simply Events to anybody. It was well worth the money and they go above and beyond to assist.

    Besides marrying my fiance, booking Simply Events (specifically Amy) was the best decision that we could have ever made. Amy and her assistant were attentive to our needs, firm with the vendors/venue and were an overall calming presence at our wedding.     We used Simply Events for our wedding day of coordination at Excelsior. In reality, we were able to email with Amy for months leading up to the wedding, and met with her twice before. They were an excellent help through the planning process and on the wedding day!

    Words cannot even begin to describe how life changing it was to work with Amy & Simply Events. Amy was there EVERY step of the way. My (now husband) and I live in South Florida, so planning a wedding in PA, was going to be rough (so we thought). Amy was always checking in on us, calming my nerves down. She is seriously an ANGEL. I was worried about everything "coming together" on the day of the wedding. When I arrived at venue to get ready, Amy was there to greet me with a smile. She put the whole thing together that day, without me having to worry about anything. Numerous guests of ours stated that we had the best wedding planner ever, and they saw her running all around the day of, making sure nothing fell to the wayside. Amy (and her assistant) were the absolute most accommodating, driven, organized, sweet planners I have ever seen. There was a lot of stress on my wedding day regarding the weather, and Amy found a 45 min window when I could have my outdoor ceremony. I would not have been able to have my dream wedding without her. She took care of every detail. The day went SO perfectly and it's all thanks to this team!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

    I'm the groom. I don't typically write reviews. My wife pretty much planned everything, and as a traditional man I didn't think we should spend the money on a coordinator. It rained on our wedding day, we had an outdoor ceremony, we had a 40 min window with no rain the whole day and Amy did it. Words can't describe how incredible she was. Our wedding could have easily been a disaster without her. She was helpful, kind, selfless, and so much more. Not only will she coordinate the day but she'll do the manual labor too. She was at the venue well after midnight loading up my father's pickup truck. She made my wife the happiest girl I've ever met, and that's what matters. Don't pass up the opportunity to work with Amy (and her amazing assistant).

I was very happy to meet Amy and Ginger from Simply Events. They were down-to-earth, extremely kind and understanding, and very professional. Not only that, but they worked with integrity, honesty, and sincerity. When I handed over my wedding vendors and plans to Amy, I felt like I could trust her, which is huge for me. Planning most of the wedding by myself was like choosing the exact pieces that I wanted at the best rate I could get them for; hiring Simply Events to be my day of coordinators was letting them glue all those pieces I had chosen into a smooth, cohesive wedding day. In retrospect, I think day-of wedding coordinators are essential for a stress-free day, and Amy Thomas did not disappoint. She was there at every point of the day, helping, directing, and readjusting things behind the scenes so that my family, friends, and myself did not have to.     Lexi and her Simply Events team were absolutely phenominal! I hired Simply Events for their “Day Of” package and I must be honest, it was so much more than just a “Day Of” package. Lexi met with my husband and I three weeks before our wedding to go over all of our vendors and ideas/plans for our wedding weekend. She was extremely organized and reassured that our day would be nothing short of amazing. She was right! Lexi and her team put me at ease and I was able to relax and enjoy every second of our wedding weekend.     Oh my word, what do I say about Deb and SimplyEvents. We hired SimplyEvents for their day-of package, but they helped with so much more than the day-of. Throughout our whole year of planning, I was able to contact Deb for advice on tricky situations and to ask for recommendations. She re-assured any worries I had. Deb attended our rehearsal and made sure everything was all set for the big day. On the big day, Deb and her assistant were ON IT. Either nothing went wrong or they made sure me, my husband, and my family did not have to worry about it. They were accommodating to our preferences the day-of and made sure everything went as it was supposed to while reminding us to take in every moment. After everyone had left the reception, the caterers had extra food. Deb took the time out of her night to drive the left-overs to our parents' house so we could enjoy the meal again the next day with out-of-town guests. I could not recommend Deb and her team more!

    Deb was absolutely amazing as our day-of coordinator. From the first meeting, until the day of the wedding, Deb was so friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and gave us advice and recommendations. She made us feel like she had it all under control - and she did! Deb knew exactly what to do at the rehearsal and ran it very efficiently. She helped us stay calm on the wedding day by arriving hours before the ceremony and getting all the details set up as well as getting everyone to where they needed to be. She also stayed until the end of the night to make sure all the "stuff" was loaded into cars and that we had what we needed. I would 100% recommend her. We really trusted her and our day was well-run and turned out perfect. Thank you Deb!!

    Our wedding was beautiful! Deb listened to our vision, presented options and suggestions and handled the details to make it happen. I was so happy when I first saw the reception venue transformed in to everything I had hoped it would be. The wedding planning and wedding day was stress free. It was a pleasure to work with Deb.

    Deb is not only an amazing wedding planner and coordinator but a friend along the way. She truly cares about the people she works with and it is very evident in how she executes the event. She is kind and gracious which are perfect characteristics for a person in the industry.     Deb is simply AMAZING. I didn't have to deal with vendors or even bridesmaids if i didn't want to. Always very prompt in getting back in touch after speaking with other vendors.     Deb Erb is by far the single reason that I was able to relax and enjoy our daughter's wedding. She was with us every step of the way. She covered everything for me when there was a death in our family just two weeks before the wedding. I had NO worries at all and NO stress. She's professional, organized and has an extraordinary knack for knowing what vendors we would need/want. She was able to help us cut costs which is always appreciated. I have recommended her to as many people as I can. Not only for weddings but for any event. She is top notch to say the very least!

    Having Deb present for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day coordination was absolutely essential, and one of the best decisions we made! Because of her, our rehearsal ran smoothly & efficiently...everybody knew where they had to be and when they needed to be there! The day of the wedding she put me completely at ease, smoothing over several vendor hiccups quickly and quietly without my knowledge and making sure that we stuck to our timeline. Having her there was critical to alleviate me of any unnecessary wedding day stressors and I cannot recommend her enough!! She is excellent at what she does :)

    I have to say Deb is amazing! She helped us with the planning of our wedding and also the rehearsal and the wedding day. Deb called all of our vendors a week before to make sure that everything was still good with them and if we owed them any money or needed to add services. She was absolutely amazing the day of our wedding! I had emailed her the morning of to ask her to bring something and she had it when she came. She was on time and was making sure everything was falling into place and paid the vendors that needed to be paid. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day thanks to Deb! Without Deb I do not feel my wedding day would have gone so smoothly and perfectly! She is absolutely wonderful and amazing!!!

    For being one of the first couples that Deb had coordinated a wedding for, she was an absolute pro!! Simply Elegant Occasions provided us with a unique and personal service. Deb was very down to earth and always made herself available to meet our needs. I would recommend her to anyone getting married! We definitely consider her a friend now!

    We hired Deb for her "day of" services. However, Deb was in no way only there on the "day of" my wedding. She was at the rehearsal, she met with us on two separate occasions for planning purposes and she promptly responded to any questions we had concerning the wedding. She made sure that nothing could go wrong during the wedding itself.

    Deb and my mother worked hard before the wedding and planned things out wonderfully, but as the bride, my main concern was making sure myself and more importantly, my mother, could really be present and fully enjoy the wedding and reception. My mother has a tendency to supervise everything and could have easily missed out on the wedding itself just to make sure it was perfect for me. I love that my mom could have fun and really not concern herself with the details. Deb took care of everything.

    I heard stories after the wedding of things that, thank God, were never brought to my attention. For example, two people who had not RSVPed showed up. Deb took care of them right away, found them a place to sit (they were invited, not crashing) and I never knew a thing.

    That's why we hired Deb. We wanted to enjoy the moment without having to stress out. This was the best decision we could have made and Deb did her job flawlessly.

    Having Deb help us with our Day-of planning was pretty much the best decision we made during our planning process. Not only was she was absolutely spectacular to work with, she was indispensable from the planning stages to the rehearsal to the day itself. She kept people organized, timelines moving, and tirelessly shuttled both information and various wedding things between the vendors without missing a step. She definitely went above and beyond to make our day flowing smoothly and masterfully.

    Without a doubt, hiring Deb was by far the best decision we made in planning our wedding. We got the "day of" package, but she really did so much more than that.     Deb was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish! She just completely took all of our worries from us and enabled us to enjoy our time together and take in all of our wonderful memories.     We used Deb for our "Day of" coordinator and it was the BEST choice we made!! She worked with us through every step and she went above and beyond just helping on the day of our wedding. From the very first time we met with Deb, she made us feel comfortable and made sure the day was all about us feeling relaxed, stress free, and just enjoying our special day! She was in contact with all of our vendors, made a timeline for the day to run smooth, gave us suggestions when we weren't sure what to do, and stuck around to the very end to make sure everything was taken care of. She even ran us through our rehearsal the night before (since our Rev. couldn't be there). It was the perfect day and we couldn't have done it without Deb! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great wedding coordinator and anyone who just wants to enjoy their wedding day!!

    Deb' service was amazing! I didn't have the budget nor did I want to spend the money on a day of coordinator but I am so glad I did! After planning most of the wedding myself it was nice to have someone make sure it went the way I wanted it to while I actually sat back and enjoyed the entire day, free of stress! I went back and fourth for weeks trying to decide if I really needed a day of coordinator and now looking back, I couldn't have survived without her. For those of you who are thinking the same thing: just do it you will not be sorry!

    Hiring Deb the month before my wedding was the BEST decision my fiance and I made! She coordinated with vendors, met with our caterer, gave awesome advice and made our day absolutely PERFECT.     Of all my vendors, Deb was the one I most enjoyed working with. I feel like I have gained a friend! She is kind, open, humble, willing to do whatever it takes, and she helped make my wedding day amazing. She handled every little issue that came up so I didn't have to. I could simply enjoy my wedding day. I would recommend Deb with everything that I have! My husband can't say enough good things about her. All our needs were met, even things we hadn't thought of.     Deb was amazing. I utilized her for day-of wedding planning/coordination, and she truly went above and beyond from the moment we first met. Even the manager of our reception location told us she had never seen a wedding planner like Deb, one who stayed late after the reception was over and helped to pack up all of my decorations.     Deb was amazing! She noticed and handled SOOO many details that would have driven us crazy the day of the wedding! She truly made our day perfect and she is a really nice person too!!! I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again for an event!
    Most people think they don't need the expense of an event planner, but we found that it was some of the best money we spent for our day. Deb was organized, calm, helpful and took care of problems as they arose so that we didn't need to take our attention away from enjoying and experiencing the wedding itself! She helped keep us on track during the planning process so that we didn't miss anything important. She attended tastings and reviewed all contracts to make sure we were getting a good deal and alerting us to anything that needed our attention. The day-of-coordination services were invaluable for our peace of mind and enjoyment of this most special day. She brought her daughter along on the day of our wedding too and it was great to have them both helping us!!!

    Amy and Ginger were our coordinators and they did an amazing job. I have no complaints. Our day ran so smoothly and everything seemed to "mysteriously" fell into place. After looking back at it in retrospect, we realized that it was Amy and Ginger working tirelessly from before the wedding began until after we left. Definitely recommend.

    Tori created an amazing timeline for my wedding day and kept in touch with all of my venders help making my wedding day much less stressful we purchased the day of wedding package. We had a few hiccups but overall everything went pretty smoothly.

    Unfortunately, Deb missed the mark on my wedding. She was late to appointments, sometimes took over a week to respond to emails, and when she did some of my questions were left unanswered. I actually found I had more wedding planning help from my caterer and the venue itself. On the wedding day, even though the bridal party was ready an hour early, she managed to make us behind schedule so some of the plans had to be altered due to this issue. There were a few things she missed regarding wedding details and decor on the day of, which is unacceptable considering the amount of organization and detail she was given on where things need to go, etc. There was a particular concern with one of the decor elements, that was brought to her attention by some of my bridal party, that was not set up properly; yet Deb ensured that it was what the bride wanted and she had a picture. I think this oversight was done in poor taste and wish she would have come to me about it before shrugging it off - also, had she looked at the picture she was given she would have known that his decor was inaccurately displayed, so in fact she never did look at the picture. Overall, my wedding day was great - but that is not due in part to Deb but mainly to myself for all of the hard work I had put into making this day perfect. Simply Events needs to work on their efficiency, communication, responsiveness and overall quality of service.
