There are two photographers with two unique points of view so we are able to completely cover your wedding
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Definately. We are contractually obligated to be at your event on time and in proper attire, or we will find a replacement for the photographer(s) that become ill.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Absolutely not! When we book your wedding day, you are guaranteed to own us for the day of your event through the following two weeks. We only schedule two weddings a month to allow us ample time and concentration on your event.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We have several photographers available in case of illness, though we have not had to use them for those purposes *knock on wood*
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Tim and I have an arsenol of equipment that we bring to ensure your wedding is a success. I have a Canon 40d and a backup camera body, my full range of lenses, spare batteries for both cameras and flash. Tim has a Canon 30d, a back-up camera body, his full range of lenses, back-up batteries for both cameras and flash. We both also have a monopod and tripod a piece.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes we do. See above.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both. Call us for special rates and/or view our package options on our website.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We charge $150 per additional hour total for both photographers
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We only take one short break during the reception while everyone is eating (Who really wants a picture of Aunt Sally with her mouth full??)
Do you charge for travel?
We charge $0.25/mile for anything in access of 50 miles from zip code 75114
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We ask that you give us two weeks, though they are usually done sooner.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We schedule a post-consultation with you so you can view your proofs in person before we release them on the web.
