I am a New York based photographer and member of the prestigious Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA).   Originally from Israel, I have had the pleasure of photographing many  French, Yemenite, Ethiopian, Russian, and Moroccan weddings and events. Through my photojournalistic style, I aim to capture the spontaneity, joy, emotion and ambiance of the important day with photos that present an unfolding story.   I am free to travel throughout the US and internationally, and am available for a wide variety of events.

Shira and I have done two weddings together...and her photographs are stunning. She takes great care to get the right shot, she has a creative eye, and she's able to work with whatever happens. One wedding was really cold - yet she got wonderful family pictures outdoors. The other was the onset of darkness before she was finished...but she used the fading light to enhance her portraits of the bride and groom. She's a pleasure to work with. The second time we met, she immediately recalled the first couple we worked with about 10 months ago. She came up with their names in a nano second!
