How long does it take to deliver a card once I click ’send’?
From the time you click "send" on your computer, your card will be printed, stuffed, stamped and mailed out the next morning. It is run every day, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. All of our cards/postcards are sent out in first class mail.
How can the cards be in my handwriting? Where do I go to print out my handwriting font form?
There is a simple PDF file that you fill out and mail it, which will include your handwriting and four signatures. From the main menu, click on "Customer Service," and then click "Printable Downloads" on the left-hand side. You can then pull up the form and instructions. Please print it in color and return to us via mail.
How long does it take my handwriting font to show up?
It takes up to 7 business days from the date that we receive the form in the mail for you to see it in your drop down font menu and be able to utilize it.
Can you send the cards internationally?
Yes! You can send the cards anywhere in the world! The system will adjust the postage automatically based on the recipient's location.
How much does this all cost?
There are three main packages available. When you view your gift account, the price details will be displayed for each package. In general, the cards are less than $1 a card, plus postage.
