Our wedding was on 7/9/16 at UCLA we had over 380 guests. The venue for both ceremony and reception were both outdoors. Our venue was barebones (only provided security, trash, power, and event space) which meant we even had to have a kitchen built! We had over 20 vendors involved with the day of our wedding.
Sara was an absolute joy to work with. We booked her 9 months before our wedding and had booked most of our own vendors. We decided to work with Sara initially because she had experience with large weddings (800-1000+!) and with working with multiple vendors. We felt comfortable trusting Sara and her team of assistants to pull together all our vendors and our vision for our wedding day. She helped us find vendors that we were missing and made recommendations when we had questions.
In the month leading up to the wedding, Sara met with us via video/phone chat to carefully review remaining action items and other loose ends. We were a little nervous about how things would come together since we had so many vendors involved and so many guests attending.
Our big day arrived and when my fiance and I arrived to the venue early we were amazed by how much had already been done and set up. Sara stayed with us throughout the entire day. She was always within reach and easy to call over when needed. Here are a few details that I found to be especially above and beyond what I was expecting in a coordinator: having her assistants bring us appetizers/passed hors d'oeuvres and water so we could eat (this was so important!!), making sure we rested briefly in between our ceremony and reception, had one of her assistants help us do a beer run, packing up our getting-ready rooms so we wouldn't have to at the end of the night, collecting all (non-rental) items that had to belonged to us and cleaning up the venue, I could keep going on!!
I would highly highly recommend Sara and her team! She is friendly and communicates well and does an all around exceptional job!
