We believe that your wedding day is your opportunity to express and share YOUR love story with as many or as few family and friends as you desire to invite into that moment. Weddings are a once-in-a-lifetime event and we understand that couples are often overwhelmed with the weight of planning their wedding. With over 20 years of experience, you will find Once Upon A Wedding a great resource to help YOU express YOUR love story in ways that you never imagined with the attention to detail that your wedding day deserves. Also, we have done same-day weddings with planning in less than five questions.

We believe in fair pricing and we are highly detail orientated. We love sharing in your special day in an affordable way.

Planning is easy and we bring a fun and energetic style to the process.

Step 1) Introduce yourself to us - let us know roughly the date/ time and city of your wedding. We have officiants throughout Central & Northern Florida. With this information, we will send you a quote as pricing varies by the day of the week, city, and officiant you select.

Step 2) Talk about the ceremony (very groom friendly) - Planning is conveniently done with an online planning form with a confirmation call via Skype/ FaceTime/ Phone (We've even planned via Text). You don't need to prepare for the session. We will walk you through our wedding planning guide and get a feel for whether you desire a more traditional ceremony or a more contemporary one, if your blending families/ cultures/religions if you want religious language or not and we can discuss fun ceremonies like Sand Ceremonies, Wine Box, Rose Exchange, and Sea Shell Toss to name a few.

Step 3) Secure YOUR place on YOUR officiant's calendar - We get numerous wedding inquires daily and the way we know you are serious about using our services is to place a small retainer and we will save your place.

You receive the information the night before the wedding to cut through any wedding night jitters/ anxiety and give you something fun to talk about.
