This is the second event I have held at Olympia Hills and they both were amazing experiences. I have nothing but positive things to say. The day of my wedding, my zipper BROKE. Katie and Mia rushed to my side and were able to sew me in and save the day. The were so, so patient, kind and resourceful. I wouldn't have been able to have such a successful day with out them!

Being an avid golfer, I have known of Olympia Hills for many year, so when it came time to plan my daughter's wedding, we decided to see what they had to offer. Katie and Mia were fantastic to work with! Answered hundred's of questions and offered up solutions. The decision to have the wedding and reception at Olympia came down to the fact that they handled everything in one simple package with multiple options to choose from. When the day finally came they handled everything. Ceremony, table set up/decor, timeline, food and drinks. As the parents of the bride, we got to sit back and enjoy all the events of the evening.

Couldnt ask for a better wedding. The initimate package was such a good price. Cant say enough about the frozen margaritas with the open bar. The decorations matched mine and it was so pretty! They were so nice and made sure that we got out perfect pictures. Communication was always open.

My wedding planner highly recommended working with Olympia Hills as our wedding venue for our wedding because she had such a great experience herself as a bride.

The Katie and Mallory are wonderful event planners. What we appreciate of them the most was the transparency when it came to the financial side of the wedding planning. You don’t see that with many places these days (other places like to hide there fees). But Olympia Hills shows you everything up front of what you are playing for.

We also appreciate there constant support for our vision. Our theme was Spanish Garden, and my main color was a sage green. At the time when I was choosing napkins for the table they didn’t have the specific shade of green I wanted and they went ahead and ordered it for us to make everything come together.

The service was excellent. The communication between everyone was wonderful. And the professionalism was impeccable!

We just celebrated our granddaughter’s wedding at Olympia Hills and it was AWESOME!!! Working with Mallory and Katie was so easy. The were always open and accommodating to our needs. We received many comments from our guests of the beautiful venue and the great food. We highly recommend them!!!

Man oh man where do i start! Olympia hills was the ONLY venue that was all inclusive and reasonably priced. From the tour to the day of and after we have felt like family. Mallory was an amazing help from the very beginning and she was very attentive to my wants and desires. She was flexible where she could be. She really focused on making sure our day was perfect. We then started working with Katie who was also amazing, and SOOOOO sweet. As the day got closer Mallory and Katie tag teamed making our day amazing. At the Rehearsal i had a meltdown and Mallory was so patient and reassuring. Day of the service was amazing they provided. They danced with us, served the wedding party throughout the getting ready process. They set up and even made some changes so that i didn’t freak out. I honestly couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. We had amazing service and even after the day communicating with them has been refreshing. Affordable (YES), family oriented (YES), all inclusive (YES), beautiful scenery (YES). I mean we are beyond happy with our day, our venue and the outcome! Add them to your tour list!

What first caught our attention with Olympia was the fact that they have the cutest ceremony site! After that it was the simplicity and value of their wedding packages!! Working with Katie was great! She’s so sweet and really took care of us! I never wanted a big wedding but after everything I can say I don’t regret it one bit. We had the best day ever at Olympia Hills!!

I don’t even know where to start other than don’t even think twice BOOK NOW! This venue had everything I needed to make my dream wedding come true. Mallory and Katie, the venue directors, are so amazing to work with and so kind! They made the planning process so easy and fun. They helped me plan every single step, and always responded to my questions with a quick response. I had chose the intimate wedding package and each one of my guest said they felt the love all through out the room. Having 30 of my closest family and friends was so magical. The venue and their staff went out of their way to make sure all my guest had the best time. They even made one of my bridesmaid a special dish due dietary needs at the very last minute. Not to mention how AMAZING the meals and appetizers were. We selected the upgraded entrees with salmon and pepper crusted sirloin. I had the sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. Another favorite was the baked mushroom caps. I still hearing from all my friends and family how much they loved them! And the venue is just gorgeous. The reception site is classy and timeless. They set up blush satin napkins to go with my colors. The ceremony site was STUNNING. The grounds are so green and well kept. There were even deer walking past us during our ceremony! It was so whimsical and felt like a dream. I can not express how much I am grateful to this amazing venue for making my fairy tale wedding come true!!! Book them ASAP!!!

Mallory and Katie did amazing, we worked with them for over a year while we planned our wedding. They were available and accommodating and flexible. When it came to day of coordination they had everything down. Everything went smoothly and we never had to go looking for anything or anyone.
The one down side is there is only a bridal space to get ready on site, no where for the grooms side of the party to get ready, but honestly everything else was so wonderful it was easy to work with.
