If I could give more stars to this review for Riverhill Mansion I absolutely would. Being an engaged couple in todays world isn't easy. There are so many people and factors that tend to make such a beautiful experience difficult. Riverhill Mansion did far from that... they went above and beyond to making our day was so very customized and special. Caitlyn the Wedding Coordinator was an absolute dream for any couple who came with so many questions like we did. She made sure we were seen and heard every step of the way. Not a single question went unanswered and when there was a question she was unsure about she always found an answer for us. This was considered a destination wedding for us so we had to plan majority over the phone and email. She made sure that process was smooth and didn't let any week go by without reassuring us she was on top of things. Caitlyn...we are forever grateful that you brought our dream wedding to life. She had everything perfectly done right to the last detail. The Pastry Chef was amazing and so very talented... she went above and beyond to customize our cakes but most of all they were delicious. SO many guests told us how they loved our unique flavors and even ate the wedding cake even when they usually don't at other weddings because of the talk of how good it was. Riverhill Mansion treats you like small town family but with big vision. Even our wedding party and parents were surprised just how much we were taken care of vs feeling like we were being shaken down for money at a Chuckee Cheese party. During the wedding the wait staff never failed to make sure the Groom and I were happy and had a beverage in our hand. Anytime we looked around there was someone attentive to our needs. This allowed our wedding party and family to truly enjoy ourselves. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding in the Texas Hill Country. This is your place. They will take care of you.

Caitlyn and Riverhill Mansion Staff ...thank you....thank you...thank you! Yall gave us a night to remember for the rest of our lives and an experience we can talk about for the ages to come.

Everything connected to Riverhill Country Club’s service and facility was much more than satisfactory. Caitlyn Love directed the reception and added ideas of her own to enhance the event. The staff were all helpful and very professional. I highly recommend the facility and the whole staff.

We had our rehearsal dinner here at the Riverhill Mansion and could not have asked for a better venue! Caitlin Love was very responsive and super helpful in getting us the BEST menu for our dinner. We booked the entire mansion with her for 40 guests and she helped make the space perfectly intimate and BEAUTIFUL! Caitlin also worked with the chefs to come up with delicious options that also accommodated our guests' dietary restrictions. I am still drooling over that TENDER, COOKED TO PERFECTION steak and that caramel bread pudding!!!! This is Kerrville's highest kept secret and we highly recommend this place as a wedding or event venue. Our guests felt like royalty here!

Caitlin, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We could not stop smiling from the time you showed us around the first time to the time we had to leave after our dinner. You were super sweet and accommodating to every request we made. We are in LOVEEEE with this place! You are the best:)

Planning our wedding reception with Riverhill Country Club staff was a wonderful experience! Responsive staff, very flexible, and literally took care of everything I didn't have time to do. I so appreciate them helping make it the best party EVER!!

We are so happy we picked the Riverhill mansion to have our wedding! We had our ceremony and reception here and from our first visit all the way to picking up our stuff after the big day everything went perfectly! Jennifer was so helpful and understanding of how much goes in to the wedding planning process. She was always available to answer any of my questions and really went out of her way and worked with us quickly and often to ensure the day was absolutely perfect. The staff, food, landscaping, decor... everything was amazing! We had our ceremony outside in the lawn area by the clubhouse and not only was it beautiful with the big trees and landscaping, but I also felt like we had privacy from the rest of the golf course. I loved how open, airy, and full of light the whole building felt and especially loved the windows in the reception room. They provided alot of the decor for the ceremony and reception and set it up beautifully. We have gotten tons of compliments on our wedding and we are so happy we spent it at the Riverhill mansion!

Our recent wedding reception at Riverhill Country Club exceeded all of our expectations. It was an absolutely lovely event and flawless in every way. The food, the service and the atmosphere were all impeccable. Judy Brookshire, the event coordinator at Riverhill, is one of the most lovely people you will ever meet, She and her staff went above and beyond to create an outstanding event.

Thank you Judy for going above and beyond for my cousins wedding. So many details we hadn't thought of were handled before the need even arose. The location was very nice and the reception was beautiful!

The beautiful and historic mansion, along with the well trained staff, made this the perfect setting for our memorable family event.
