Man oh man where do i start! Olympia hills was the ONLY venue that was all inclusive and reasonably priced. From the tour to the day of and after we have felt like family. Mallory was an amazing help from the very beginning and she was very attentive to my wants and desires. She was flexible where she could be. She really focused on making sure our day was perfect. We then started working with Katie who was also amazing, and SOOOOO sweet. As the day got closer Mallory and Katie tag teamed making our day amazing. At the Rehearsal i had a meltdown and Mallory was so patient and reassuring. Day of the service was amazing they provided. They danced with us, served the wedding party throughout the getting ready process. They set up and even made some changes so that i didn’t freak out. I honestly couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. We had amazing service and even after the day communicating with them has been refreshing. Affordable (YES), family oriented (YES), all inclusive (YES), beautiful scenery (YES). I mean we are beyond happy with our day, our venue and the outcome! Add them to your tour list!

What first caught our attention with Olympia was the fact that they have the cutest ceremony site! After that it was the simplicity and value of their wedding packages!! Working with Katie was great! She’s so sweet and really took care of us! I never wanted a big wedding but after everything I can say I don’t regret it one bit. We had the best day ever at Olympia Hills!! -

Dream Venue with outstanding staff
I don’t even know where to start other than don’t even think twice BOOK NOW! This venue had everything I needed to make my dream wedding come true. Mallory and Katie, the venue directors, are so amazing to work with and so kind! They made the planning process so easy and fun. They helped me plan every single step, and always responded to my questions with a quick response. I had chose the intimate wedding package and each one of my guest said they felt the love all through out the room. Having 30 of my closest family and friends was so magical. The venue and their staff went out of their way to make sure all my guest had the best time. They even made one of my bridesmaid a special dish due dietary needs at the very last minute. Not to mention how AMAZING the meals and appetizers were. We selected the upgraded entrees with salmon and pepper crusted sirloin. I had the sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. Another favorite was the baked mushroom caps. I still hearing from all my friends and family how much they loved them! And the venue is just gorgeous. The reception site is classy and timeless. They set up blush satin napkins to go with my colors. The ceremony site was STUNNING. The grounds are so green and well kept. There were even deer walking past us during our ceremony! It was so whimsical and felt like a dream. I can not express how much I am grateful to this amazing venue for making my fairy tale wedding come true!!! Book them ASAP!!! -

Mallory and Katie did amazing, we worked with them for over a year while we planned our wedding. They were available and accommodating and flexible. When it came to day of coordination they had everything down. Everything went smoothly and we never had to go looking for anything or anyone.
The one down side is there is only a bridal space to get ready on site, no where for the grooms side of the party to get ready, but honestly everything else was so wonderful it was easy to work with. -

We couldnt have picked a better venue for our Wedding. The wonderful Mallory ( event coordinator) just has it all. She knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident the entire planning process, and she definitely knows how to pull together all your hopes and dreams. The food was delicious and greatly portioned. The bar, no matter what option, let me tell you, those girls know how to make a drink. Beautiful views! I got to do a GRAND fairytale entrance down the stairs and it was more than my heart could have ever desired. &Definitely worth the price i’d say.
We plan to go back for our 1 year anniversary and take it all in AGAIN! I have absolutely nothing but greatness to say about Olympia Hills and their team, especially Mallory. She really pulled all my ideas together and made it seem effortless. -

Katie and Mallory went out of their way to make sure every little wedding detail was taken care of creating the absolutely perfect wedding day and a worry-free bride, which that alone is priceless! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Olympia Hills for your all your wedding venue needs! -

What an Amazing Venue and Service!
I've worked with Mallory at the Olympia Hill Golf Venue recently for a Baby Shower and she and her team was absolutely incredible. She was super responsive, helpful the day of the event, flexible with all our last minute requests, and helped run the event smoothly. Not only does the venue look amazing, but the privacy you are getting and the quality of service they offer, makes this venue stand out from the rest. I definitely recommend checking them out for all/any upcoming events and weddings! -

Absolutely wonderful
One stop shop! Olympia Hills Golf Club had everything I needed for an amazing day! My wedding was May 28th, skies were blue not a cloud in the sky, was great and it was a beautiful day! But it was HOT. If you do an outdoor event before the sun goes down be sure to bring an umbrella. That sun can be brutal. Anywho Katy and Mallory are coordinators extraordinaire. I’ve never been married or planned a wedding before and although it showed, these ladies made me feel comfortable asking questions and making decisions. They also took my requests and made them work. They were also very flexible for appointments. Decor: they will provide some decor for tables and you are welcome to decline using them or you can spruce them up. I decided the latter. Food: plenty of items to choose from. When we did the tasting I will say the food was good. We actually looked forward to it and knew the guest would enjoy it. However on the day of I only ate my salad. The food was salty to me and the meatballs for the appetizers were huge and tasteless compared to what we tested. Our guests didn’t give negative or positive reviews so, no fuss here. The staff that did the serving was so nice and accommodating. I absolutely appreciated each one of them. Bar: Wonderful! Kudos to the bar staff they were super cool and made the drinks well. Grounds: outside was gorgeous for pics. We even had a few deer visit. There were many tiny bugs loving the white dress. I rushed through several of my pics because I was super annoyed. But I will say it was a relief they weren’t biting bugs and it was only under the low hanging trees. The venue does spray ahead of the event.
Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions I made. Even after our Pastor passed out, the staff was able to regroup and get everything flowing again. I will definitely use them for future events. Thank you so much Olympia Hills -

We planned on an intimate ceremony and were fortunate enough to come across Olympia Hills. We had fears that with our smaller budget / guest list, we'd see limited service from our venue. I am thrilled to report we couldn't have been more wrong. Katie (who I have dubbed 'Kay-ten' because she's absolutely perfect in her role) and Mallory (nickname TBD because she's equally as perfect) along with the rest of the staff at O.H. were nothing short of incredible. They were constantly communicative and took unexpected changes on our end with grace and made us feel so comfortable and ready to enjoy our big day. They assisted with all of the details and helped us coordinate with ease. The venue also has a small getting ready room (I had three bridesmaids and my mom in the room with me getting ready and found it to be perfect; Larger bridal parties might want to consider an alternate space but at the very least it's a safe space to keep your items in during the ceremony/reception i.e. change of shoes, touch up lipstick, etc.) We also opted for 'getting ready mimosas' which was great to have / one less thing to think about for the big day. Plenty of fruit and juices were provided along with the champagne.
I do want to mention that the food was somehow better during our reception than it was at the tasting - it is almost always the other way around. Kudos to Chef and her crew - our guests raved about dinner along with everything else at O.H. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding and urge anyone considering this venue to go for it. The amazing staff and option for incredible sunset pictures alone is reason enough. The existing arbor makes for the perfect backdrop during the ceremony but there is an option to hold the ceremony inside if needed. We were given the option to have our bridal party come in on golf carts which was so fun and perfectly fit into the backdrop that was the 9th hole just past the arbor. The deer roaming around the property made it that much more romantic. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this venue and were fortunate enough that they perfectly executed everything on our special day. Katie and Mallory were amazing!! Professional, kind, fast responding, patient! I could go on and on. They helps with anxiety and even with opinionated family! The venue was drop dead gorgeous and the staff were amazing. I felt like a princess from the start! Thank you ladies for making my day beautiful and taking all the stress off my shoulders! -

I have next to 0 wedding planning experience, but Mallory and Katie made everything so easy for me and my husband. Everything was in place, everything stayed on schedule, and everyone was taken care of. This venue has packages for a ceremony, reception, and catering all together, so that was less work and running around for us. Thank you so much! -

Katie and Mallory were so amazing to work with at Olympia Hills. Our Wedding was on October 1st and from the choosing of the Venue, to the food tasting, the scheduling of our rehearsal and our timeline of the whole day it was just so easy with them both. They were super responsive and the information they provided/ recommended for the Florist, photographer, the Reverend all the way down to the linens, I didn’t even need a wedding coordinator. These 2 ladies took care of me by keeping me calm about the weather and what our back up plan would be if it rained that day. They walked my bridal party to where they all needed to be and I was driven in the Golf cart to where my son waited to walk me down the aisle. This day couldn’t have gone any better, and it was all thanks to Katie and Mallory who made me feel so comfortable and important while I was there. I would recommend Olympia Hills to any couple who just wants to be relaxed and know that your day is going for be taken care of. A huge Thank you to both of these ladies from the Bride and Groom. -

Incredible!!!!
Katie and Malory made my Wedding more than what I could have imagined. It also rained and then set up the ceremony inside without missing a beat. We started on time and my guest had the best time. Exceptional service, food and decor!!! Great price and flexibly with planning was awesome!!! -

Olympia Hill comes highly recommended! They are courteous, professional, and affordable. We came in not knowing for sure what we wanted but after sitting and going over everything we were satisfied and assured that our vision was going to be met. Day of the wedding was confirmation! -

Let me just say that my day couldn’t have gone so smoothly without Katie and Mallory! From each meeting, tastings, to the day of they took care of our needs. Wedding planning is stressful enough with an added dose of COVID pandemic and TX SNOWVID, I was so stressed but they made sure to let me know it’s all going to turn out great and it did. I can’t thank them enough. The venue is beautiful and the food was delicious. My guests loved the food. The servers and bartenders was great too. My guests loved the margaritas too!! I highly recommend Olympia Hills! -
