Everywhere I read, I see where Wedding Officiants (Ministers) advertise.. About "ME". The fact of the matter, for me, it’s just NOT about me... It’s about YOU and what you envision in a perfect ceremony. I have been blessed with the ability to get to know people. I am also very fortunate to have already met so many wonderful couples, their family and friends, some lifelong friends. Having grown up at the "beach", I’ve met so many people that have "come and gone". It’s crazy to think of all the times, in my travels, I have run into people and they say... "GIZ... OC, …right???" It’s true whether I’m traveling in the many great places around Maryland/DC/ DE/PA or any small towns from NY to FL, or even Vegas a few years back... it’s great for me to remember familiar faces and a kind word from someone I met ….”Remember that one Summer…??”

As the years pass, I have been welcomed by the opportunity to provide a service for people that is always positive and uplifting.  Most all of the couples I deal with are mature, solid, hard working individuals that have fallen deeply in love with one another and are ready to make a sound commitment. It is an honor to be a part of when two people publicly, vocally, legally, and emotionally profess their love and commitment to each other, their family, friends, and sometimes complete strangers. It is an awesome feeling "going to work". I enjoy hearing people at their happiest and this "job" (NO WAY) is a great opportunity to live that and meet really wonderful people.

I have never been presumptive, "drink my kool-aid and this will be the best wedding service EVER!"... it’s just not me! What I am an expert at is getting to know a little about what people want in a wedding ceremony and seeing if there is a way that I can help them in achieving that. I do not offer “counseling” or make you adhere to a “code” to be married. If you were to walk into the courthouse and ask for a marriage license, there is no test, no qualifying spiritual evaluation… I am not that guy. When two people are “READY”, I just drive the get-a-way car in a nice, spiritual, and warm ceremony that could be WHATEVER you can imagine. I will help you write vows that are sincere and resemble your commitment. It will need to have a dash (or six) of humor because, after all… it can’t be TOO serious.. yeah, that’s against MY religion!
