Choosing Mary to be our wedding officiant was one of the best choices we made! From start to finish Mary was there, getting to know us and how we wanted our ceremony to go. She kept in communication with us throughout the planning process which was so helpful! We would recommend Mary to any soon to be newlyweds!

We went into our ceremony having a general idea of what we wanted and Mary helped guide us to make it so special and meaningful to us. Mary was very flexible throughout the process, and made time for whatever we needed. Mary is professional and punctual that our wedding day was a breeze because everything was planned out so well. Mary went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our wedding special! She took the time to get to know us as a couple, which ultimately made for the most special wedding ceremony I could've ever imagined! We weren't sure what to say in our vows and how to plan out our ceremony. Mary wrote our vows for us and made it personal. She had our ceremony planned weeks before our wedding and we were able to proof read and adjust things. When Mary came out for the rehearsal she brought our son a gift to make him feel special. She is the sweetest person, and this was by far the smoothest part of wedding planning. Thank you again Mary!

I have to say that our experience working with Mary Barneby as our Officiant was very pleasant from start to finish. Mary was very professional from the start and we had a casual Zoom meeting to briefly introduce ourselves and review what type of people/ what type of wedding we were looking to have. We did have several follow up Zoom calls to review through stages, and Mary sent a Ceremony draft to us with all of the steps and aspects included. My partner and I did make some revisions and then Mary adjusted right away! She was also very organized with our Rehearsal as we had quite a large party, and she had print outs for all of the party members with necessary information and organized us all in a very fast fashion. Which leads to the Ceremony itself and Mary was perfect! She had the ceremony script matching with our edits, she was very approachable, had great things that she added to the Ceremony script that aligned with what we wanted, and also handled the marriage license part with the State after the wedding itself. I cannot recommend enough Mary Barneby as a Wedding officiant via Vows to Cherish.

Wedding planning can be really stressful, but Mary made everything so much easier and ended up providing us with the most perfect ceremony! She was professional, kind, and extremely thoughtful! We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant!

Mary was absolutely wonderful and helpful thru every step of the the way! She helped find out what was need from ocean city to be able to do our vowel renewal on the beach and emailed me what I needed to fill out. She was willing to be flexible with time and location to help meet my photographers needs. Mary was very good with seeing what we wanted in our ceremony and personalizing it to us and our style. She gave us a draft of the ceremony quickly and was willing to hear our thoughts and revision ideas! She made our renewal special! And even brought is flowers from her garden for myself and my daughter since we were coming from pa, which was very thoughtful and a special touch that added to our pictures!

Our officiant, Mary was truly amazing from beginning to end. She is warm, kind and friendly. Went out of her way to assist us in any matter that we needed. I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. She made us feel relaxed and ourselves. Highly recommend her.
