Style, creativity and a passion for flowers! As wedding flowers specialists, we're wedding flower crazy! At J. Morris Flowers all we do are weddings, each with its own unique look, drama and flair. Flowers inspired by art, but most of all, inspired by you. Consultations or a custom design session, as we like to call them, are complimentary and oh so exciting!

I know nothing about flowers. How will I know how to choose the right flowers?
You'll know it when you see, I say.  Just like your dress, cake and other decor, you picked it because you were drawn to it.  The colors, design and shapes reflected your personal style. So if you don't know a lot, start doing your homework! Start a small scrapbook of photos from magazines or online that grab you. Choose photos for the color combinations, the design shape and style, the overall look and even the individual flowers -- even if you don't know what they're called! It our job to translate for you and combine your flower pictures into one unique design that reflects your personal style!

How to get the most bang for my buck in this economy when it comes to my flowers?
Color, color, color! Choose all one color, or a combination of two colors that you’re guests can’t miss seeing. Imagine all pink Peonies on a white table cloth, or bold red lilies on a gold tablecloth. Make a statement with color.

Use Large Impact Flowers
Hydrangea, lilies, Callas lilies, Peonies, French tulips, Giant Allium, Cymbidium Orchids and Gerbera Daisies are just a few flowers that will surely show up in bouquets and on tables. The disitntive shapes and large size can also make a statement.  Using all one type of these flowers will add punch. Even in small quantities, these focal flowers give the feeling of a lot of flowers even though there may be only a few stems on each table!
