I do sometimes book multiple weddings for a weekend. Not the same day though.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
2-3 Camera bodies (all NikonD80s), 2 28-70mm 2.8 lens, 70-200mm 2.8 lens, 10mm fisheye lens, and 2 800 flashes.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

I have both
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, I charge $250 for each additional hour. But, if you book me and pick a 6 hour package and you wish to upgrade to 7 hours, it states in my contract you can change your package up or down for up to 60 days before your wedding day.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Do you charge for travel?
Depends on the distance.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
You receive the DVD with all the edited photos 6-8 weeks following your wedding day. If you choose the "Just Shoot Me" package, it would be 2-4 weeks.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but you receive a written release stating you have rights to print where ever you wish.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Each couple receives a High Resolution DVD with all their photos on it.
Will images be available for viewing online?
I do place a few photos up on my website so you aren't wondering what your photos look like.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer beautiful flush mount albums. They come in multiple sizes.
When will the client get the final album?
That all depends on you. :) As soon as you give me the photos to work with and size of album, it takes me 2-4 weeks to design. At that point you would need to approve your album on-line. (Yes you get to see a cyber view of your album before I have it made up)
