We offer at no additional charge a mixture of black & white and color, black and white, and sepia.

We have experience with all types of lighting situations.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot only professional digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
We have photographer and photographers assistant, who shoots during ceremony, and candid shots throughout the day.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we know many professional photographers.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We shoot with all Canon Professional full frame chip digital cameras.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We definitely bring plenty of back-up equipment with us when we shoot a wedding.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
NO
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We usually only stop for a brief time to eat dinner.
Do you charge for travel?
No, we do not charge for travel. We will travel a one hundred mile radius of Sarasota to shoot a wedding.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs are normally online for viewing app. 2-3 weeks after the wedding, and shortly after that, you will receive the actual 4x6 proofs.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
The initial proofs are put online for viewing, in which they are kept up for three months or longer if requested. You also receive actual 4x6 proofs with no markings on the front with all of our packages.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are the couples to keep as part of their package.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We offer packages that come with the High Resolution Master DVD, which also comes with a photo release, and full copyrights.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We have packages that come with all of the digital images from the wedding in high resolution on a DVD with photo release.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, we have online viewing with all of our packages.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer the new Graphi Studios Coffee Table book, and also the Renaissance Traditional wedding albums.
