Full Rental Package Fee - $8,500
3:00 p.m. Thursday to 10:00 a.m. the following Monday
Includes The Barn, The Estate, and The Cottage
Use of all banquet tables (40), chairs (400), parquet flooring

Barn Rental Package Fee - $2,000 per day (24-hour time period)
Also available for $250 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Includes The Barn and immediate surrounding grounds
Use of all banquet tables (40), chairs (400), parquet flooring

Estate Rental Package Fee - $2,000 per day (24-hour time period)
Includes The Estate (sleeps 8), patios, immediate surrounding grounds
Use of banquet tables and chairs if desired

Cottage Rental Package Fee - $600 per day (24-hour time period)
Includes The Cottage (sleeps 4) and immediate surrounding grounds
Use of banquet tables and chairs if desired

Estate & Cottage Rental Package Fee - $2,300 per day (24-hour time period)
 Includes The Estate, The Cottage, patios, and immediate
surrounding grounds
Use of banquet tables and chairs if desired

Carriage Barn Rental Fee - $500 per day (12-hour time period)
Also available for $75 per hour (4-hour minimum)

*If you are interested in renting the entire facility (Full Rental) fromThursday to Monday you can reserve the property up to one year in advance. However anything less than the full rental can be secured up to three months in advance for events April thru October or six months in advance for events November thru March.
