Mildale Farm is the perfect place for your special event -  weddings, family reunions, holiday parties, corporate retreats and banquets.

Four fantastic buildings featuring lodging and large gathering accommodations are situated on 22 acres of the more than 600 beautiful acres that make up Mildale Farm. This locale is sure to meet your every need and provide a setting that will create lasting memories for your once-in-a-lifetime event.

 

  2009 RENTAL PACKAGES

Full Rental Package Fee - $8,500
5:00 p.m. Thursday to 10:00 a.m. the following Monday
Includes The Barn, The Estate, and The Cottage
Use of all banquet tables (40), chairs (400), parquet flooring

Barn Package Rental Fee - $2,000 per day (24-hour time period)
Also available for $250 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Includes The Barn and immediate surrounding grounds
Use of all banquet tables (40), chairs (400), parquet flooring

Estate Package Rental Fee - $2,000 per day (24-hour time period)
Includes The Estate, patios, immediate surrounding grounds
Use of banquet tables and chairs if desired

*How our rental policy goes is if you are interested in renting the entire facility (Full Rental) fromThursday to Monday you can reserve the property up to one year in advance. However anything less than the full rental and you are only able to secure the grounds three months out from the date of your event if your event falls between April thru October and six months out if you event falls between November thru March.

?Please no confetti or glitter in or around the barn. ?Sparklers, bubbles and bird seed may be used outside the barn. ?Candles may be used in the Barn but must be in votives. ?No nails, staples, push pins or screws are to be placed in the structure of the barn. ?Absolutely nothing is to touch or be placed on the sprinkler system.

No Restrictions. The barn has a stereo system with CD capabilities and a wireless microphone. All renters are allowed to bring in there own DJ's or Bands.

The barn and grounds must be cleared by 1:00 a.m.
 
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?

No. Only one event takes place at our venue at a time.
 
Do you offer security, if requested?
All functions where alcohol is dispensed require Johnson County Park & Recreation District Park Police to be present. This is of no extra charge.
 
Can you provide a coat check?
One of the stalls at the facility can be used as a coat check room.
 
Describe your bathroom facilities:
Newly renovated restroom facilities for men and women. Women's restroom has four regular stalls and one ADA. Men's restrooms have three urinals, one regular stall and one ADA. Family style restroom that is ADA accessable is also located in the Barn.
 
Describe your parking facilities:
On the back side of the Barn is a large asphalt parking lot with 100 spaces. Overflow parking is provided in the grass to the west of the Barn.

 • Mildale Farm can be rented up to a year in advance if you are securing the Full Rental of the property - Thursday thru Monday ($8500.00) Anything less than the Full Rental is considered a Partial Rental and can only be secured up to Three months in advance if the date of your event is to be held in the months of April thru October and Six months in advance if your event is held in the months of November thru March.
• Please no confetti or glitter in or around the barn.
• No fireworks.
• Sparklers, bubbles and bird seed may be used outside the barn.
• Candles may be used in the Barn but must be in votives.
• No nails, staples, push pins or screws are to be placed in the structure of the barn.
• Absolutely nothing is to touch or be placed on the sprinkler system.
• Use of the upstairs of the Barn is not permitted.
• All trash must be placed in the dumpster located to the west of the Barn.
• Trash cans and trash bags are provided.
• Please do not pour grease down the drains. A barrel for grease is located next to the dumpster to the east of the barn.
• If you are using the Estate House, Cottage House: all bed linens (must be washed and placed back on the beds), towels and dishes must be cleaned and put away prior to check out.
• Facility must be returned to the condition in which it was found.
• Renters are responsible for set up and take down of all tables and chairs.
• All tables and chairs must be placed back in the stalls the way you found them after use.
• Dance Floor can only be used inside the barn and must be set up by Mildale staff.
• Please keep all vehicles off the grass.
• All functions where alcohol is dispensed require Johnson County Park & Recreation District Park Police to be present.
• When alcohol is being served at an event that has been purchased thru your cater a certified bartender is required.
• If you are bringing in your own alcohol that you have purchased from a local wholesaler. We don’t require bartender to serve.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any of the facilities.
• Animals (except Seeing Eye dogs) are not permitted in any of the facilities.
• Camping is not allowed anywhere on the grounds of Mildale Farm.
